I wouldnt say fucking awesome, yes they played well but only scored 3 trys,they only made us pay with all the mistakes we made, but in saying that with all the mistakes we made they should of scored alot more, in the 3 trys 1 was a dropped morris bomb and the only the sharkes bloke walked through 3 pissweak tackles, any other team i feel the score line would of been huge

Dominated easily, but concerned about ball control, tbh it didn't get much better in the second half with knock ons, although souths were just as bad.... Manly got up so with how fucked this comp is Easts will probably beat us next week cause we're due a loss

Ball control let both teams down, we just held onto it when it mattered, and then those 2 repeat sets at the end killed any chance Souths had.

Overall pretty good, dominated the first half, started slowly in the 2nd weathered a bit of a storm and finished very strong.

Eh... by my count every time Canterbury got inside the opp 20 they scored in the 2nd Half, so i wouldn't say good defending, i'd say taking their chances and holding the ball, they dominated field position in the 2nd half Souths and had opportunities to win the game, i don't think the field goal was the critical play because their wasn't much on at the time for Souths, they didn't create more from their own accord and didn't control the ball well enough, that's why they didn't win

Tipping is awfully difficult these days.

And SOuths could have wrapped the game up in the 2nd half if not for some good defending.
