If that's true I'd let Sydney have Chile and for Melbourne to get someone bigger. I'd take Chile and not run the risk of copping New Zealand again. yea same Chile are fantastic they play attacking football have a young quick team this game should go too Melbourne. Until NSW starts supporting there A-league sides no Socceroos matches should go there i reckon Adelaide would get a better turn out then Sydney did against Para.

In the end of the day Melbourne makes money why limit that? you know what i'm saying but AMII park is a much better stadium Edited by Davstar: 30/1/2011 07:42:52 PM

If it is in Melbourne it'll be at AAMI Park. On the weekend it's apparently set for Melbourne Storm aren't playing in Melbourne, and there will most definitely be footy on at Etihad.
AAMI Park, even though it would fit around 10k less (if seats were to be pushed in at ES), would be the most logical option.

Isn't the Copa America on around this time. Doubt they would fly over and then fly back again just before the tournament

Thought the same Neil. But Copa America starts late June iirc so this game would be at least three weeks before the tournament.

June 3 sees the Rebals S15 team play at AAMI Park, Etihad only has an AFL game on the Sunday 5 June. You're not going to get the stands moved in with an AFL game the next day.

No Bielsa at Chile anymore, means this game will be a litmus test for the new manager?
