Didn't start playing till 4-5 years ago, never really aspired to be a pro footballer. Played tennis as a kid, was pretty good, but never really committed to it.

Never playes PES... played FIFA since 06 and FM since 09... FM is more immersive and consumes your life to a greater extent, but FIFA is better with mates.

I can't really vote for players like Mcmanaman, Dalglish, Rush, etc as I haven't seen much of them, but I do know that Gerrard is an absolutely superb footballer. One of the best the ever at the club.

Hmmm. Pumping Real 4-0, Man U 4-1, they were fantastic games that I watched live and are closest in my memory... I don't remember too much about Istanbul, I was only 13.

Losing the UCL Final in 07 was pretty devastating... The entire start of this season was the pits... when it became clear we weren't going to win the title in 09 was crushing too.

:lol: Erm.... That goal against Sunderland was pretty funny off the top of my head.

Honourable mentions to Dagger's first goal... Crouchy v Gala... Fabio v Man utd in the 4-1... 3rd spot goes to Fowler's brilliant goal in 95 v Man utd... 2nd to Gerrard v Boro, and 1st to Gerrard v Wham.

The Roar or Jets... Dad is from Newc and I like to see them do good, and I love watching the Roar, superb football to watch which is what I enjoy the most.

I disagree with it, but until an FFA Cup comes in, I think it has it's merits.

Hopefully having learnt from some mistakes and become stronger for it.

Higher standard of football than we've seen. Some great imports, (Broich, Flores, Zwaanswijk) and some great young kids coming through.
