No idea where this rumour came from. He hasn't been anywhere near the club. If anything he might return to Victory under Mehmet. No chance of him signing for Heart.

since he had what ever he had he lost all confidence in his body. but in saying that he did complain on fb that he wanted to retire as he wasnt enjoying football anymore

A mate of mine saw him at Melbourne Victory vs Celtic. I've seen photo evidence to prove it. He was also at the Melbourne derby late last year. (Heart home game at AAMI Park). The same mate has photo evidence.
This friend of mine was sitting in the chairman's function at both games (where he saw him both times), so that may be interesting.
