Started a career. Playing with my VP with Sydney. Two pre season games, did well. Then last pre season match, playing Man City, skin De Jong, he chases me down and hacks me down. 6 months broken tibia. WTF!

They've done a good job in capturing De Jong, I see. Very realistic.

Somehow managed to draw 3 times with 11.mvfc.11. So should have won all 3. 2-0 and I fucked it up haha nah GG mate. Did lose 2-1 to him just then though :cry:

Err, is anyone else having trouble with FUT on FIFA 12? Every time I try to load it I get the message:

"We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to FIFA 12 Ultimate Team. You will be returned to the FIFA 12 Main Menu."

Did this also. Traded in the God of War Collection, F1 2010 and Operation Flashpoint.

Having not played Ultimate Team..what do i need to do to start?

Ok, finally got all the outfield accomplishments in the Arena. Was trying to get the score from 32 yards one but it was taking me forever. Eventually I got pissed off and went and selected the worst keeper I could find to put in goal, first shot after I did that and the ball sailed into the top corner where most keepers probably wouldn't have been able to stop it. :lol:

one thing I've noticed is that referees don't seem to have a problem with keepers carrying the ball out of the box when kicking it :lol:

I just had De Gea make a save and he slid out of the box and got pulled up for handball. Pretty good even though, the guy scored the resulting free kick lol

What I've noticed is whenever I bring the keeper out to collect the ball from a striker and try and release it quickly he ends up taking 2 or 3 steps out of the box before releasing :lol:

ive found that players thay may dive (ie. van persie) seem to go to ground easily in the box but dont always draw the penalty. theres more leaveway before a penalty is given.

i also really like how the transfer system works. the continuous offers made for players like time cahill. i was so tempted by bayer leverkusen (financially) to sell tim cahill whose value is 8.5mill pounds for 16 million pounds making a good 7.5 million pound profit and spending it on seydou keita and ryan shawcross. so many tempting transfer offers winning me over even though in real life i'd die if cahill left everton.

One thing I love about the new impact engine is some of the tackles you can put in :lol: There is something so satisfying about sending Nani flying into the air.

Does anyone else get lots of lag playing this game, especially against other Aussie players? I'm hoping it's something fixable and not just crappy servers from EA...

It is usually better against other Australian players I find. I have not had any problems yet, FIFA 11 was bad with lag though, hopefully it contniues to improve.
