Bought FIFA14 for my new PS4 about a week ago. Does anyone else find this game really scrappy? I'm playing as Man United in career mode but every game feels like i'm watching Sydney FC vs Newcastle jets.

Depends on your play style, I usually have 55-65% possession but I'm an attacking way. Some games are just so exciting to watch, particularly on FUT when you play a non pace abuser.

Yeah generally I play a high possession game too. So far this game I've found the pressing (online seasons more so) from opposition sides makes that very difficult, almost impossible to pass through midfield. I'm always getting forced wide into a cross which isn't my thing. I'm hoping it just takes practice.

Quick tactics have been great for me in my career, free form positioning when attacking with a 4-3-3. Confuses the fuck out of the defenders.

Franjic is still overrated. McKay has done little to justify being 6 ratings higher than Brattan. 68 for McKay/Franjic seems fair. Jurman should also be 1 (although I think that's meant to be North). Theo deserves a downgrade as well.

No no no. EA missed some obvious upgrades for FIFA 14, so I'm expecting double upgrades for everyone. ;) :(

Keep in mind I did make this quite a while ago.

In Fifa 13 Brattan was 59 so I didn't want to go over the top but yea now he should be 68.

I think anyone who consistently plays for the Socceroos should be about 70. (baring someone who does nothing on the club scene)

Guys like Brattan or Juric should be a little lower as they haven't made the next step to international football.

Yea that's meant to be North, just thinking he and Smith should probably be around 68, as they've had great seasons and are just outside the Socceroos.

Seeing as Broich was 72 rated in Fifa 13, I'm looking forward to him being higher rated. [-o<

But anyway I'm fully expecting Franjic to be rated at 64 in Fifa 15, which would be the fourth seasons in a row.

Oh also, I only really started playing UT in fifa14 so I don't know everything, but do your players react to the overall chemistry or is the link between the players? For example, will Ramos and Kompany not co-exist that well together?

Yepp, team chemistry is largely irrelevant, the only performance impacts you'll notice is from individual chemistry. As long as they're on 9 its fine as after 10 games they'll earn loyalty and be 10 chem and have the full stats boost of chemistry styles.
