Season 3 had its issues but overall it held to the series dynamic. Season for was terrible and made me hate the season and NBC for being dicks.

Though reports from twitter have only great things to say and I look forward to downloading it tonight and enjoying the comedy.

I must say, the Community fan base is very loud and shoot down haters with all prejudice. They're the 1%

I gave up before Season 4 but have heard nothing but criticism about it from fans, although from memory Harmon was replaced wasn't he?

Yes Harmon was removed from season four but has been reinststed to the show.

As foe eps one and two, they're very good, but are much more in the style of season 3.

It is dark and self depreciating. Jeff has been brought to ruin and is a teacher at Greendale, britta is works in a bar, Annie is a pharma girl, troy is unemployed, Abed is an unemployed computer programmer making the newest million dollar ap and Shirley is bankrupt spilit with Andre who took the kids after she cheated on him and destroyed her sandwich business by expanding without any real knowledge on how to do it.

They all reenrole at Greendale to fix their lives, hilarity ensues.

Shameless US started again yesterday - was a pretty good season opener, should be a good twisted season....

That was an excellent episode of Community I just watched. On the surface it was potentially very silly, but they did it excellently.



Also loved the Ben Folds cameo.

Was very, very s2. Random pointless story mixed in with some proper heartfelt moments.

Really wish Donald Glover wasn't leaving, has an obviously reduced role but still stole the scene everytime :(

Yeah really enjoying the start to this season getting back to what made it great, going to miss Glover though and it will be interesting to see what they do with Abed now

Finished GoT S3 earlier this week. Pretty fucking good. Follows the books pretty well which I thought was excellent.

The Red Wedding scene was done really well. Perhaps I wasn't as shocked as many were simply because I had already read it in the books (and to my that was a jaw--dropping chapter, one I actually had to go back and re-read 2-3 times to make sure I was reading it correctly!).Michelle Fairley was excellent in that scene mind you. I think of all the characters I'm going to miss it's hers. She plays Catelyn Stark really well.

Rose Leslie does brilliantly as Ygritte. Arguably Scotland's hottest redhead. Would do nasty things for her to lean over me and give me those sexy beyond-the-wall-wildling eyes and growl 'You know nothing, Heineken'. ;)

I mentioned how good he was in S1 & 2, but Charles Dance as Tywin Lannister is fucking amazing. Just perfect for the role.

Emilia Clarke takes on a slightly more aggressive role as Danerys, and that dominance is displayed well. Really looking forward to seeing how her role develops.

Very interesting to see Dan Hildebrand play Kraznys mo Nakloz - I recognized him as one of the Irishmen from Sons of Anarchy.

Charles Dance is simply superb in his role as Tywin Lannister. He's arguably my favourite character in the show. He's superb - in my opinion his best scene was in S2 when he was talking to Ayra Stark at Harrenhall. I know it's never revealed but those couple of scenes, I'm almost convinced Tywin is about 90% sure he knows that the cupbearer is Ayra. Littlefinger certainly picked up on it.

But yeah, brilliantly done. Going to have to start reading the books again before S4 comes out.

Tywin is my favourite character in the show simply because of Charles Dance :lol: Such a boss.

Him and Joffrey are just perfect for their roles. I really hope Pedro Pascal does Oberyn Martell proper justice. I always imagined him being an Arabian type but I guess we'll see. I can see this season being probably being my favourite based on the books anyway. Can't wait!
