Spoiler alert reminder..
If you're going to post spoilers, use the tag so it's at least covered so those diligent enough to avoid them can not read it.
For reference, to write the spoiler tag you use: [ spoiler ] text you want to cover up [ / spoiler]
^ but don't have the spaces in the [ ]
Example:
Milligan >
Edited by pv4: 6/4/2016 08:40:45 AM It's not a fucking spoiler though. It's a calculated guess. And if it's a correct guess it's because it's been known in the comics for quite a few years.

Calculated guess is a spoiler IMO. It's like if I started talking about a calculated Game of Thrones theory like
R+L=J
- I'd consider it a spoiler. Anyway, for things that miiiight be slightly spoiler-esque in the future, use the tags bro. Saves people jokingly likening you to ISIS

In general anything comic/book related posted in a TV thread should be in spoiler tags. Predicting future tv events based on comic knowledge classifies as a spoiler for me, regardless of the likelihood of it being correct on TV.

Sorry dude, it's a spoiler. I don't like comics. I like the show. It's a spoiler. Definitely a spoiler. Shame on you PJ. As for the show itself - the show spoiled what should have been the biggest emotional suckerpunch of the entire series, and then Gimple had the hubris to compare it to the cliffhanger (which wasn't actually a cliffhanger) of Empire Strikes Back. There shouldn't be a controversy or guessing game for 7 months on who got the bat. There should be cold sweats, deep depression, feelings of helplessness and crying in a fetal position. The pages of The Walking Dead #100 in which this scene took place are universally regarded as one of the most emotionally wrenching scenes in comic history, and is easily the defining moment of Negans legacy and completely changed the direction of the 15 year history of TWD and the show was doing an excellent job of panel-to-screen adaptation until ending without the moneyshot. If the episode went for an extra 30-90 seconds it would have been perfect. If it's any consolation to comic readers, the casting of Jeffrey Dean Morgan is pretty fucking perfect. And fuck you if you don't like comics, but that's none of my business.

For a network which does a brain dead show like The walking dead, Im glad its offset with Better Call Saul
Vince Gilligan (Breaking Bad) is a genius, and he'll fuck you up if you dont acknowledge it

Is that a zombie pun or does the exploration of human nature and basic instinct just not interest you?

The truth is, its not going to happen in our first world unless youre begging for food in some street corner somewhere, why dont you just stick to bear grylls or something if youre so enamoured with survival instincts? 8-[

There was a programme in the UK recently called The Night Manager. It's a thriller about an arms dealer based on John le Carré's novel. It stars Hugh Laurie, Tom Hiddlestone and Olivia Colman.
The plot, dialogue and character development are outstanding.
It's probably the best thing on television at the minute, especially when compared to the other garbage.
I cannot recommend watching this series highly enough.

In case youre wondering why one of the voices at the party sounds familiar (the one picking up Lana), its because thats the voice of John O'Hurley, better known as Jay Peterman from Seinfeld-> Somehow, that actor is "only" 61. I was pretty certain J Peterman was a 50 year old man on seinfeld, which meant he would have been 70 something
