Good luck to any club that signs him as he would be a very good acquisition but bot worth breaking the bank for.

the demand in the market always determines a players price, regardless of whether we think he is worth it. when u said he wont sign for us, i thought it was due to u believeing he was going elsewhere and not on the basis of speculation as to his price! anyway, i said all will be revealed early this week. its now by end of the week but thats it. wait and see.

theres united, and two other clubs in frame in addition to us. im hearing both bonno and olympic willing to stump up the cash and yep, its ridiculous to say the least. the dollarsd spoken of on here previously are right may even be more. $2k per week- ridiculous.

According to Wikipedia he's playing in Indonesia for Deltras Sidoarjo

Rooney was at Blacktown last season.

he is definetly playing in indonsia
he picked up an injury while playing with the jets. when he got fit he joined blacktown again for the remainder of the season and now he is in indonesia.

united are the favourites and its not all about the money also i dont know where the $1800 dollar figure came from

theres 2 issues: 1. the money; and 2. being seen by a-league clubs etc. he will go wherever he thinks ticks those boxes best. oh and about the money, wherever he ends up, it'll be for that amount if not more. simple as that.

as i said its not about the money, your 2nd point is correct and no offence but thats why he wont go to rochdale

no offence taken but to be honest, i think its all a misconception. if hes good enough, he will be seen. simple. hes played the past couple of years at united, hes been a stand out and has it got him anywhere? nop. so why people think career wise its better for them to go to one of the established "bigger" clubs is beyond me. were building a solid team, were building a nice ground and were looking after our players. if that aint enough then so be it.

its funny how some players who i wont name are willing to stay at certain clubs, supposed "bigger" clubs, even though theyre owed $$$. why??????????

anyway, goos luck to him wherever he goes. if it aint with us, good luck to whoever is paying the bill and hopefully hes paid.
