Great article marty! I found that really interesting. Kinda the exact thing I would do if I had 8.5 billion dollars. Build a super cool yacht with helicopter, submarine, laser shields, missiles and missile protection, paparazzi proof, massive home theatre systems in every guest room, two pools.... Shit I can't really think of anything else I would like??? Maybe an Oportos on board?

I hope I dream about owning this yacht tonight... it would be so wicked. I didn't even know laser shields existed in the real world!

There is an ipod touch available for $279. Its a 2nd gen and its 16gb. Not sure if i should get it???

My housemate has one. They seem alright.

But I hate Apple and their products.

the ipods are awesome i reckon....im contemplating cause ive got a 1st gen ipod nano, 1gb...can only about 95 songs and after a while i get pretty bored of them....its starting to look old too and i would like a much bigger holding capacity. i think the apps are the added bonus....and dont like mixing my ipod with my phone thats why i wont just get an iphone........

i need a new ipod mines shite . want a new touch but are they good??

I have an 16GB one that I bought in January. I'm not sure which gen it is. They're pretty good.

i asked my bro also, and i decided on a 16gb nano, paid $169 for it....

i figured i probably wont use all the apps on the touch and ive got a computer and laptop so wont really use the wifi much, prefer to chill on the bus and listen to music then check mail and all that stuff, plus i can do that on my phone...

so the ipod touch is good i dont want the iphone due to the fact im getting either a blackberry or the new samsung hd or whatever takes my fancy .

Ive got an ipod touch first generation 8gb and i just bought a third generation 32 gb touch. My first generation has been jailbroken and is awesome its got the best apps like snes and gba games on it i love it,have to wait for the new jabreaking software before i can Jail break my new one cant wait.

Jailbreaking is when you crack the ipod touch/iphone so it can run 3rd party applications, so you dont have to buy crap apps from the app store. You can customise your ipod touch and do heaps of cool stuff with it. IMO their is no point in having an ipod touch without it being jailbroken.
