Lunch is 10 minutes late. I hear a lot of banging around in the kitchen but no result as of yet.

Just treat the her sister as you would any normal person. Don't talk down to her, or else you'll lose respect from your girlfriend and her parents.

I do the same so i'll obviously make sure i don't say anything like that, it's a scenario that has never come up for me before and im really hoping i don't screw things up

Be genuinely nice to them, speak to them like a real person and don't be fake cunt. If you win her sister over your lady friend will shower you in sexual gifts.

This. I work in disabilities and I have a sister with a disability. Chances are she's worried to how you'll react to her anyway (I always was when I was young). Its only awkward if you make it awkward.

My problem - Having a hard time convincing Mrs Morris that sexytimes can re-commence after the birth of our daughter.
