So I was just wondering if anyone one here has experience being in uni and dating a girl in high school. Just want to know if you had any troubles with dealing with judgement from your peers, not being able to going places you have to be 18 to go to or any others problems. And before I get called a pedo I'm 19 and she's 17 so she passes the / 2 + 7 rule haha.

Anyway just thought I'd ask before I make a decision on wether to ask her out or not.

The age restriction on 18 is a bit of a pain. Being able to go into bars. But you just get a little more creative with where you go. The big issue is juggling schedules, especially when she's stuck in class 9-3 e'ry day. But like anything else in relationships, if she's not worth that little bit of effort/trouble then when something gets tough down the track you're doomed any way.

I've seen it work really well before. I had a mate who ended up marrying the girl despite being 4 or 5 years older (she was 17). Her made an awesome impression on her parents and they just made it work.

I wouldn't worry too much about peer judgement, they always have something worse to hide :lol:
As Afro said, dates are hard, but then it's EASY once she turns 18 and suddenly you're the dude who gets to show her a whole new world.

My biggest piece of advice is don't rush getting married. People I know that have attempted to get married within the year (or within 6 months!) have been under so much pressure. I got married 18months after getting engaged, and it was much more chilled.

Like I said at the time, I was very confused because I had thoughts similar to you guys (btw I'm very proud of yall for being so mature about it, I genuinely expected to be met with a bunch of "get in lad" replies :lol: ). I know before we got married the mrs made mention once to the fact that a threesome with two girls was like a present/gift for the guy, and I've been doing heaps for the mrs lately and I couldn't help but feel she wanted to gift me something, and my head just went walkabout with the pre-emptive thoughts. The main thing I was confused about the other night was the mrs' potential motives for wanting it, moreso than if I actually wanted it or not.

I don't think I could ever bring myself to do things with other people, even if the mrs is there with me & I have her blessing. We've been together for 4 years & the closest I've come to cheating on her was on my bucks party a stripper kissed me without warning :lol:

I've had a pretty good run lately. Last 2-3 weeks I've been with half a dozen girls who are all regulars at my work, a few of them work together. Anyway last week we decide to party on after work, things get pretty debaucherous (it ended with a girl naked on the pool table) and I take her home, the next night she brings in her co-workers to meet the guys she partied with...turns out they're 4 other girls I've been with recently. They're all there hoping for a lock-in and looking for attention at the same time. I'm assuming that they don't know about each other and pulling my hair out a bit trying to work AND keep them happy. Afro put his foot in it good and proper. The lesson here, kids, is don't be too ambitious :lol:
