maybe batfink is holed up with the parra board trying to work out a way to fire sterrey without paying him out hence why the position of DOC came up?

always plenty going on. i cant believe the way the spartans have bounced back the past two weeks. full credit to them.

united free falling. where our united boys for an update as to whats going on at edensor park, surely people wont be happy with recent form.

all goes to show never an easy game in the pl.

why on earth would the competition review want to touch it?

leave it as is!

great win for us yesterday in difficult circumstances. first half we played pretty ordinary, olympic were for me the better side. i thought the red card to perinich was tough but to then come out second half with ten men and win was fantastic. big win too gien other results. cant belive how tight it is from third down to 10th.

i see gibson took ove at utd. i thought big sam would take cotnrol of the side? anyway, difficult time ahead for them. well done parra on getting a draw.

Oh boy o boy, our season is getting from bad to worse, even with no JP now, our players still look, dis-interested, and show no desire to win.

i cant see us making the top 5 with this current form.

im guessing JP staying with the club as TD or DOC or whatever it is has something to do with not wanting to pay him out? seems a bit odd thats all.

i was hoping parramatta scored, from runners up in the final one season, to almost the bottom of the league the next season...what can possibly go wrong from one off season, with virtually the same squad, if not even stronger!!

United need a clean out of players, simple as that!

Batfink,

Parra have lost the plot. At a time when they need quality players on the park they bring back Grima who couldn't get a run for Marconi. Left Arron on the bench and I already told ya Kabsy is outta there. Another player left friday...Parra is a sinking ship and everyone is running for the life boats.

Things are not good for Parra and won't get any better.

19-SU-58,

Your keeper has been snapped up by Sydney FC due to his good season. So basically being 8th place on the table indicates he is the only one doing any good. Which means your correct about the rest of the team.

whatever...... i'm just stating facts....take em how you want....the ref's are average, im pretty sure the majority of supporters would agree........and his poor decisions go both ways.......

personally if i were you i would be more concerned about sydney united....LOL....what do you spend a week on wages???? hayes on $1500 and the average would have to be $500 a player???? whats that over $7000 a match and you cant beat parra??????

Batfink,

Absolutely agree with respect to young players. They perform better when given confidence and to do this they must feel empowered. No amount of screaming will result in anything good. It will result in the opposite.

Grown men are different. "Sometimes" they need a good kick in the arse to get them motivated.

Anyway this weekend is another opportunity for Parra to take some points but without Kabsy the question mark still remains the same. Who is going to step up to the plate and start scoring goals?

I'm actually very surprised that with poppa returning home to watch the united lads play they are not jumping out of their skin with the prospect of the new west sydney a-league coach eyeing the lads as potentials. Strange...

Kalac has already given your keeper a leg up. Poppa will do the same.

Kolner,

I'll be at the City V Rockdale game this weekend. If you perform well enough I might scout you for my over 30's all age ladies division 8 side ;) Their root rats LOL...

no doubt the thought of being head hunted for that team will provide sufficient ammunition for a top showing! ha!

i still cant believe the change in form of the spartans. i still believe their team on paper is average, even with their new recruits. but somehow, theyve lifted their game so good luck to them.

city will be a tough one for us this weekend. whilst i think we should of grabbed at least a point when we played them in round 2 at our "home" game at seymour shaw, they showed their spirit and hunger and the two jap imports have been fantastic.

anyway, im hoping we can get a result. no reason why we cant.

Kolner,

I thought that would pump you up for the weekend LOL...I'm just kidding I don't coach a ladies team. My wife would cut my nuts off if I did.

Yeah tough game for you guys this weekend. City are at full strength and will be looking for all 3 points. Our Japanese imports are very talented lads. Technically excellent. The thing with City is they have can hurt you from anywhere on the park. So there is no real key men to mark out. Simply you have to outplay the whole team plus subs.

If you guys play like you did last weekend then it will be a great game to watch. Both sides are hungry for the win.

Good luck...

When does a player graduates to maturity in your opinion?

In my opinion in Prem League when they are playing U20 or 1st grade.

A coach screams at younger players and shatters their confidence, dear oh dear, sounds to me that some of those players need babysitters.

I’m not protecting the attitude of your coach as do not know the man. I’m simply stating that some players from very young age need really firm talk to and some of them do not need that kind of kick in the pants attitude, players using excuses like coach is screaming, he is putting me down, crowd is abusing me better find different hobbies as the higher they climb the football tree the harder the coaches and life is up there.

19-SU-58,

Your keeper has been snapped up by Sydney FC due to his good season. So basically being 8th place on the table indicates he is the only one doing any good. Which means your correct about the rest of the team.

what you think your telling me something i dont know????? sterry still hasnt handed over the reins...the quicker the better if there is any chance of improvement....he is really negative screams at the players and rides their confidence into the ground.....young players cant cope with that level of presure and stress they drop their bundle and their heads......to be quite honest there is only 1 player who has left that we really could have done with......

I’m simply stating that some players from very young age need really firm talk to and some of them do not need that kind of kick in the pants attitude, players using excuses like coach is screaming, he is putting me down, crowd is abusing me better find different hobbies as the higher they climb the football tree the harder the coaches and life is up there.

you have no idea.....](*,) ](*,)

Oh boy o boy, our season is getting from bad to worse, even with no JP now, our players still look, dis-interested, and show no desire to win.

i cant see us making the top 5 with this current form.

how you didnt win with 12 players is beyond me....cindric fouled about 25 gazillion times and NEVER gets pulled up, forearms to the back of the head and bull dozing people into the turf.....how he gets away with it is beyond me.....

The refs must hate Parra because they seem to be against you every single week

whatever...... i'm just stating facts....take em how you want....the ref's are average, im pretty sure the majority of supporters would agree........and his poor decisions go both ways.......

personally if i were you i would be more concerned about sydney united....LOL....what do you spend a week on wages???? hayes on $1500 and the average would have to be $500 a player???? whats that over $7000 a match and you cant beat parra??????

I know we've been woeful.

The difference is that I dont try to deflect blame on the ref, coach, ref, coach, ref, crowd, position of the sun, the way my steak was cooked the night before the game, the ref etc...

I admit that we just havent been good enough. You seem to struggle to come to terms with the fact that Parra have been shit for 2 seasons now. It always seems to be someone else's fault
