Traditionally progressive paper, so not surprising their results. The two last peaks and troughs being climate change and the closing remarks. Also interesting to see equal marriage made as a definitive policy initiative.

Thought Rudd won it quite easily. Not really surprising Abbott just isn't comfortable in front of the camera.

Not providing his spending details was very silly.

You think that was an impressive display by Abbott, it is one thing to lower expectations but, he was hopeless by any reasonable manner,

If the front pages of every newspaper are not all about the big new policy announcing the support of gay marriage then something is seriously wrong.

Didn't watch, it adds little either way. I don't need a sales pitch, I just want the worst Aust government in my living memory to be gone.

No fan of either, but Rudd had facts, figures and stats to back up actual policy (even if said policies were flawed). Abbott has no policies, baseless promises, a budget black hole to be filled with job cuts and all the charisma of a moist towelette. Obvious who the lesser of two evils is.

What scares me is that both of them are down right scary in terms of policies . Both are scraping the bottom of the barrel .

Watching now. I don't like these debates, lots of things that Abbott has said have been proven false and haven't been called out appropriately.

This about sums up my views on it all.
