Don't be a twat. Don't answer a question with a question. Why is sex out outside of marriage 'wrong'? Who does it harm?

Do you have any reason for this statement other than a crusty old book?

I guess the problem is the right to bear arms is in their charter of rights. That means that they need a referendum to change it, which basically means it's destined to fail.

It's more down to the open interpretation of the second amendment.

What I meant more is that the Second Amendment is left to open interpretation by the union in many regards and often left open due to republican bullying.

The Eighth Amendment however, is often contradictory and convoluted in court rulings and stipulations. For example in 1958 it was ruled that the Eighth Amendment couldn't strip a person of their citizenship, however Moral Turpitude laws can do exactly that.

Ok, well I don't know that much about American law, I understood that that's how the whole bearing arms thing worked, was really unaware of the amendment :lol:

Anyway they charged the bloke, could get the death penalty.

There are actually more people on death row in California than in Texas.

Sex outside marriage is wrong, I stand by that opinion.

Given your attitude towards the Israel debate, Christmas and pre-marital sex and unwillingness to explain your stance I'm going to assume you're a practicing Jew and are imparting your religious beliefs to which I say keep it to yourself.

I am not a Jew ethnically (as far as I know I have no Jewish ancestors) or religiously.

If that were the case then she wouldn't have a valid passport to confirm her identity. That's what makes it even more intriguing.

There'd be obvious physical signs of trauma if she'd escaped from somewhere or been a sex slave as well. That would be one of the first things they checked.

A brain tumour is one possibility, between the Broca's and Hippocampus. Fugue state from severe emotional trauma is more likely although wouldn't explain the loss of speech function.

Chemical lobotomy is another possibility. But incredibly inhumane.

Ok so here's a thought:
She goes over to Europe, England and Ireland back-packing with her boyfriend. They have a fight and break up (nothing sparks a break-up like spending 24/7 with each other for months on end). He abandons her and returns home and she's left with no money and no way home.

Desperate, she turns to prostitution for cash and has a complete emotional breakdown triggering a Fugue State.

The only flaw in that theory is why she can't talk. In theory a Fugue State COULD trigger a loss of speech function but it's a tiny, tiny possibility.

If her story is something like that, that's pretty heartbreaking.

Say your on the money, Imagine what her boyfriend (ex) would think/say when he saw that in the papers or on the news. I'd feel fucking terrible.

That's more like the b-grade novel explanation. But it's as feasible as any other explanation being thrown around. Especially by guys who've watched Taken one too many times.

If it was true you'd fucking hope her boyfriend felt bad.
