ur league is dead easy. tell me how much money you could get from completing the manager licence.

get a solid coach and then we'll discuss.

but by looking at it if you're not training scoring or defending, get an old solid defender (28yrs+ will be cheap) and striker...maybe 24yr solids. wingers can be passable at this moment.

i used to do that...finding bargins. took me into about 700k debt i think but i worked it off in about 1 season.

Not a bad start. Definitely good work on the winger. Train that passing right up while he is still young. A decent buy - good for your level league. Playmaking is a good extra to have. Weak isn't too bad, so yeah nice pick with age and all considered. Just try and get good secondaries if you can in the future.

I been playing since 04. In div III now, just promoted from a wickedly difficult IV, won my first league game in III, lost my second (away and only just), gunning for promotion to DIV II with a bit of luck this season.

I train playmaking, focusing on an Angolan international, two forward (defensives) [or trequartistas] (need playmaking, passing and scoring, with technical specialty), a couple of very high class wingers (titanic wing, solid pass, excellent playmaking), and a remaining handful of standard IMs for profit!!
