What often doesnt make any sense is the scheduling of the Australian Open come the pointy end of it

Why are there 2 women's semis today, 0 tomorrow, 1 men's semi tonight, and 1 tomorrow evening

Wimbledon often has the scheduling right, no matches on the middle sunday, it means theres still plenty of tennis to watch in the second week, whereas all thats left in Melbourne are doubles, mixed doubles, legends series and wheelchair tennis

I was a big fan of Super Sunday for both mens and womens singles finals to be on on the same day (ala the US Open), sometimes the women's singles final lasts 1/2 an hour, which is a total ripoff when you pay $100 to watch it at rod laver arena
