Langerak played a full game in goal in a 1-0 loss to Cologne in a midweek friendly. He came out of the box and saved the first shot only for a rebound to come into the path of an opponent who had no trouble slotting it into an empty net. Amini didn't feature.

Quote:Mustafa Amini played until the 79th minute Excellent. Hopefully this is the beginning of more regular appearances.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

They rotate a reasonable amount but he hadn't come off the bench in the previous 3 matches so 80 minutes is great.

Kruse scores after 3 mins for Ddorf. Typical Kruse goal as the ball is shot from the semi-circle after rebounding from the wall from a free kick. As the ball comes through on a small bounce, Kruse reacts best and hits it low only for the keepers hand to put it in the low corner.
Langerak probably on the bench tomorrow. Ruka not in Mainz squad. Leckie to play for FSV tomorrow.

Omae will have trouble in finding starter position... Kruse is diligent and he deserves scoring more.

Kruse again. Sent through 30m to the right of goal and slides it past the keeper. Good shot. Doppelpack as the Germans say.

He may be injured but he wasn't playing well for Mainz to begin with. Lots of mistakes. He is only fast and can barely control the ball.

I love Schwarzer but I think Holger should consider giving Federici a start against Romania.
