Dylan McGowan with the assist for Hearts goal in a 1-0 win. Those two brothers (Dylan and Ryan) are going to save that club on their own nearly. Ryan was amazing for them and important in their cup win, then left helping Hearts have some money and also offered to buy a season ticket for every thousand sold and give it top fans who can't afford him. Dylan has showed faith in staying and is now a vital part of their team. Also should Dylan be in contention to get a chance at RB for the socceroos, he is playing in the same league as Rogic and getting a lot more time. I know that gap between Hearts and Celtic is like Hull and Man U but still.

Also here is the Hearts goal reported on a minute by minute by the BBC

Quote:
GOAL- Hearts 1-0 Hibs (Paterson 70mins)
We have a goal and what a goal it is to break the deadlock in the first Edinburgh derby of the season. Dylan McGowan whips in a sumptuous cross and Callum Paterson rises above the Hibs defence to power a header past Ben Williams.

Hearts boss Gary Locke celebrates with a dance and double fist pump in the technical area. Tynecastle is bouncing...

Very underated player. Could be a bolter for Brazil Hearts are in a lot of financial problems which isn't good news but it should give him ample game time.

Quite a bit went around about Langerak's now 11 game winning streak for BvB but looking today last game was his first Bundesliga clean sheet. 1 in 7 games especially for Dortmund is not that great but still it is a good sign.

Quote:
Langeraks sensational winning streak continued in the eleventh game. For the first time, the Australians also allowed in the league are excited to be kept a clean sheet. agreement until 2016 "Mitch you can depend on," Sahin said after the opening win. "He is a great number two and really a shame for calling him that. Eventually, he will be the number one somewhere."

Holland was picked as one of 3 players for the ad promoting their Champions league play-off games

And here is a Short article on how Leckie frustrated FSV fans because he seemed to only be about his pace but this season seems to have added more to his game.

http://www.bild.de/sport/fussball/mathew-leckie/macht-den-fsv-verrueckt-31835166.bild.html

Quote:
Leckie makes FSV crazy

If Mathew Leckie (22) rushes in the game on the lawn, he not only makes fans mad. In one scene, the speedy Australians suddenly appeared dangerous in front of goal, the next he loses the ball needlessly
Leckie makes the FSV crazy!

The fans are torn. As the Frankfurter bought Gladbach on loan before the season, some complained: "He never learns it yet. The only fast. "

Meanwhile, the voices become quieter. Because with three season-gates Mathew is the most successful shooter Bornheimer. To Epstein's winning goal against Bochum Leckie was the template.

Benno Möhlmann (59) is sure to be able to teach the Australians still missing. The coach: "Mathew is trying to enforce, if somewhat unorthodox. And is much improved. "

But Leckie has the will, the pace is never tired and is sympathetic. He says: "I'm from Melbourne, this is the Frankfurt Australia. I feel comfortable here. "

When asked by Australia's landmark Ayers Rock, Mathew says: "That's for tourists. Since I've never been. "
His model is the way tennis ace Roger Federer. Leckie: "A very good athlete and a nice guy."
As Mathew.

Now I am double posting here on purpose because I am asking a question and it will be easier to quote not attached to my previous ones.

Anyway I would say this is the main thread I post in and if you actually recognise me I was just wondering if you saw my posts as actual interesting content or just as pointless bumps to this thread either because I don't post anything interesting or what I do post has usually gone through google translate and is less than clear?

note: this is on purpose as I think Aussie article are often biased and the articles/quotes I post are also the ones people will most likely miss

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Well just going around the leagues now and one we missed (I blame that AZ put up hardly any news on their English version of their site) was Babalj got a brace in a Jong (reserves) friendly on the weekend. He was one of only 4 players to get a full game, the other 3 being the GK and two defenders.

Also I took out the parts about Babalj so you can read the full article via the link if you want. Anyway I think the last quote is a good sign showing they are making sure he is settled and so I think he will be possibly similar to Kruse (hopefully not as long) but being in the reserves for a while settling in before looking at the first team. Probably better than being in the firsts squad and just sitting on the bench every game.

http://www.az.nl/nieuws/babalj-schiet-jong-az-langs-volendam/1?catid=79

Quote:
ALKMAAR-Jong AZ Monday with minimal difference managed to win Jong FC Volendam. The exhibition game ended by two goals from Eli Babalj and a marvelous free kick Steven Berghuis at 3-2.

Less than a minute later it was Babalj that from a difficult angle equalized against the ropes goalkeeper. 1-1 Art Piece Berghuis The game was in the remainder of the first half right upright, which were to mention few chances on both sides.

From the free kick that followed did Babalj see his quality. The striker shot quickly and surprised this Timmermans, the ball going in the goal saw flying over them: 3-1.

Hair: "Messy but useful ' "From our past seven games this was the worst," said Dennis her afterwards. "It was indeed a bit messy, but that was because Volendam on the whole field on a one-played. Then only your keeper the free man ... But for the guys that Sunday is not or barely took action against Ajax this was a useful game to gain rhythm. " And about Babalj: "We give him plenty of time to get used to his new city and our style of play here Its basic task he performs at least good:. scoring".

I don't think there is anything new here but it is just an overview article on Langerak from a German perspective. It seems he is really seen as their next number one and not just a permanent number 2 (ie Brad Jones) and I figured he could be in for another long stint on the bench so may as well put up the articles while they are coming.

http://www.sport1.de/de/fussball/fussball_bundesliga/artikel_759985.html

Quote:
Langerak: victory guarantee in-waiting
Dortmund goalkeeper has a perfect record, but strong competition. Colleagues praise him. But where does his journey?

Mitchell Langerak has played seven league games for Borussia Dortmund

By Christoph Lother

Munich - They brought a golden boy - and got a tough worker.

One who simply does his job. Without murmuring and complaining. Just one of those species they most like to have in the Ruhr.

Three years have now gone by that Mitchell Langerak joined Borussia Dortmund from Australian club Melbourne Victory.

Since then he has made as a substitute goalkeeper Although rarely loudly attention. But when he was needed, he was there. And 100 percent.

As with the 4:0 BVB for the Bundesliga season opener last Saturday in Augsburg. Total for the eleventh time in a competitive match Langerak this guarded the gate of Borussia, for the eleventh time then they left the place as the winner ( DATA CENTER: Results and Table ).

Sahin praises of players
"Mitch is easy to rely on. We have a very, very good number two," praised Dortmund midfielder Nuri Sahin, the 24-year-olds last.

As deputy to the locked master Keepers Roman Weidenfeller Langerak had again defended his box in Augsburg shiny, put both on the line, and in terms of penalty area his qualities once again.

"He trained very well and is a nice guy, a real professional," Sahin described the Australian, "is really too good that you could call him number two."

"Sometime, somewhere," Sahin is certain, "Mitch will also be number one."

"Not only here to learn German"
However, just because the rub is.

"I'm not only in Germany, to learn German," Langerak stressed now and again: "I want to play."

An understandable concern, but which is extremely difficult given the current staffing situation in the Dortmund goal.

In the coming home game against Brunswick should give it back Weidenfeller are in the box.

With the 33-year-old Langerak has one of the best goalkeepers in Germany prior to the now but could possibly come to his first international match use after years of waiting.

End of the era Weidenfeller in sight
"I'm open on this issue, I want to take this opportunity to say very clearly," said Germany coach Joachim Loew recently in "kicker" and assured: "I recognize his achievements with the utmost respect to."

Weidenfeller then replied: "If the German Football Association needs my help, I am happy to help Then I go next year, of course, as number three with the World Cup.."

In Dortmund Weidenfeller enjoys long great appreciation. For eleven years, a native of the Palatinate is now at BVB between the posts, in May, he extended his contract by a further two seasons until 2016.

An early end to the era Weidenfeller and thus the ordeal Langeraks is therefore not in sight.

No more sleepless nights for Klopp and Co.
"We are in the comfortable situation that as a Roman Weidenfeller can fail and really have no sleepless nights in the environment must," said Dortmund coach Juergen Klopp delighted about his luxury problem.

One way or another sleepless night but Langerak could have.

All too easily, it is likely the Australians in any case does not fall to be restored to perfectly done work regularly back into second place.

Highlights against Bayern
So were highlights such as the 3-1 win at his Bundesliga debut against Bayern in February 2011 or the 5-2 in the DFB Cup final against Munich in June 2012 so far the exception rather for Langerak.

While he was still "completely relaxed drink after a workout coffee and just enjoy the time," he said.

In future, the 1.92-meter lanky with the mischievous grin but would like to be involved more often on the big stage. Not only as a stopgap, not just once every few weeks.

Klopp feels with Langerak
A wish that coach Klopp is also well aware.

"There is no question that such a exceptional goalkeeper Mitch would eventually be the number one," he said.

The only question is when. And where.
