Jedinak was playing like a beast for 45 minutes but he has well and truly fucked his teams chances, his sloppy pass sends young 1v1 against the palace keeper but gets brought down and the palace man sent off. RVP scores the pen. Fuck sake jedi

Terrible pass from Jedinak that lead to the penalty and red card.
He has been excellent defensively but passing has been a bit patchy. Tends to sometimes just pass the ball straight in front of him even if there is no one there. He is playing very much like an advanced center back, strong in the air, strong in the tackle, passing not quite good enough.

Agree - his passing was very scratchy the first part of the first half but once he started to relax he was finding his man easily. If gayle could have dinked that ball into the net he would have had an assist as well. Unfortunately that was an awful pass that put his defenders under pressure and led to the penalty.

Leckie had another good half. Ruka looked a bit rusty, need a couple more games to make a proper judgement. Still loads of pace on the left flank, got to the byline and won a corner (ref didnt give it). Ends in a 2-1 loss.

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Jedinak played well, without that pass then much better than okay, but that pass did happen and marred an otherwise good game. Needs to improve his passing.

I know it is a pretty low league but a really good result for BVB II coming from 1:0 down to get a last minute 1:2 win, I think Amini played the whole game hopefully playing well.

Not sure if it was mentioned in here but it seems (not entirely sure) Bulut has been loaned out to 1.Lig club Karsıyaka. Not the best news but should be guaranteed regular football.

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Kruse needs to come on earlier if he is going to impress and get even more time.

Lowry will never play for Australia under Holger because Holger has no idea and should be sacked

Hadn't realised Porta was back in Uruguay and that Baird was back in Romania :-k

Interesting stuff considering how poorly some Aussies (including himself IIRC) were treated at Baird's club last time he was there.

Well done Darren Stewart and Jon Brady. Hopefully Brackley and pull off promotion this year! They were so close last year!

Also, 0-0 at HT in the Colorado Rapids' game.

Colorado's Clint Irwin (GK), as coached by Aussie, Chris Sharpe hasn't been overly busy as yet. Colorado have probably had the better of the chances so far.

Seriously how can Jedinak never play like this for Australia?

He's not as well suited to the NT set up/formation. If we were playing with 3 in the midfield and Jedi playing just in front of the defence it'd be a different story. Instead, we play with two defensive mids who are usually square with each other with very few players making movement in front of them to receive the ball and play forward.
