Leckie scored in a 1-0 win, that's 8 goals for the season. Ruka got subbed on late.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Hard to see him playing B.2 next season. johnszasz in his March 10 post (p. 226) said he thought a few Buli 1 clubs would have their eye on him. It'd be good to know which ones he thinks are the most likely suspects. If he plays as a winger I would have thought maybe Hertha (in clubs above relegation zone), striker perhaps Bremen but johnszasz would have a better idea. Forgot about Mainz, also a candidate I think. Edited by dr. bellows: 15/3/2014 11:36:33 AMEdited by dr. bellows: 15/3/2014 11:43:54 AMEdited by dr. bellows: 15/3/2014 11:46:34 AM

Leckie is our best attacking player on form at the moment. 2 Bundesliga is a great stepping stone for A-League players. Would like to see Amini secure a move there.

Time for Bulut to return home. He is wasting away in the Turkish 2nd division.

He definitely is a different player than in his AL days. Watching him during the game against Ecuador showed that he tends to be able to hold the ball up more often than he did in the AL. Although maybe not setting the world on fire (against Ecuador) I expect better things from him (as he is still developing) in future with a move to Bundesliga 1 hopefully next season.

Very well taken goal, surrounded by eins, zwei, drei defenders he still gets the time exactly right to get his shot off on a tight angle for the far post as a fourth tries to close him down.
Leckie or Troisi to start at RM, surely.
