Rukavytsa wouldn't even cut the mustard in State League these days...give him 2 months and he'll be back in Australia looking for another A-League gig. If he didn't have his speed, he'd be laying bricks on construction sites or pouring schooners at the local club. Edited by SocaWho: 7/9/2015 10:16:52 AM

Dario Vidosic is no longer listed as a player on FC Sion's website and has removed the club's name from his Twitter page. He's training with the U21's to keep his fitness up, but isn't playing.

Shares the same managers as Kruse, Langerak, Leckie Halloran. Probably from his time in Germany. Maybe a 2.Bundesliga team?

His performance has been ok and he has had some interest. it will probably be a lot easier for him to get a gig now. the club had put a ridiculous price on his head to recover costs - i heard it was about $2 million. The owner is supposedly a raging jerk.

Roda or dundee please... He didn't exactly set the world alight at Sion if I remember correctly. Not sure if anyone else from Europe would sign him. The European season's already started and he's been left behind. Plus he's a huge Barcelona fan and would love to play for a Barcelona legend. Not to mention his wife's from Adelaide.

Oh no. Is that his 3rd? This guy was at a high level at a young age. Who knows what he could have become without those two early injuries.

You'd have to think that's his career finished. 3rd or 4th ACL, with many other knee and leg injuries to boot. Can't see too many clubs offering another chance. Sad but time to look at a career post football (which i hope he's been doing during his many extended layoffs)

Quote:Boro defenders Damia Abella and Rhys Williams are "progressing well" as they continue their long fights back from injury.
The pair are continuing to work on individual routines at Rockliffe Park ahead of a potential return to first-team training in the autumn.
A club spokesman said: "They are progressing well with their rehabilitation programmes but no date has yet been put on their return."
Back in July head coach Aitor Karanka said Abella and Williams were "two to three months" away from full fitness.
Abella suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury at Cardiff last September.
Williams, a former club captain, suffered a “ruptured Achilles tendon” injury just minutes into his comeback in an FA Cup tie at Barnsley on January 3. http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport/football/damia-abella-rhys-williams-progressing-10012899Williams hopefully not too far away. There was an article on theworldgame website a month or so ago that said he might have to go on loan before he pushes for a spot at Boro.

I cant speak for James, but I couldnt imagine going through all the rehab again. Its incredibly frustrating and I hate relying on other people for shit. In saying that, having rock solid knees isnt an essential requirement for my job. Just means I need it heavily strapped and braced when playing social sports and Im okay with it. Benefits: if you go to concerts while in a brace with crutches they'll give you a prime spot in front of stage.

Williams and Good would be quite handy for our CB stocks, shame their bodies are made of glass.
