Watched the last 30 minutes or so of Huddersfield. Didn't see a lot of defensive work from Davidson. Huddersfield's defence in general was quite scattered. As usual, it seems, his crossing doesn't appear to have any real direction and the five or so I saw him make where all headed away relatively comfortably. Still, though, his movement was decent and he passed the ball to Huws who scored Huddersfield's equaliser (not sure I would go so far as calling it an assist).

Davidson played the full 90 in huddersfield 1-1 with Forrest. He wasnt at fault for the goal and i have seen this on Huddersfields twitter: 39' #htafc 0-1 #nffc: there's a real battle developing between Jason Davidson and winger Jamie Ward; crowd well involved too! (DTS) And this; 67' #htafc 0-1 #nffc: looks like Powell may have switched his side to 3-4-1-2; Davidson & Scannell wide, Bunn behind the strikers (DTS) Edited by TheSelectFew: 25/9/2015 06:50:51 AM

If anyone believes this is a good move, please do me a favour and revoke your 442 membership because you clearly know nothing about football. Edwards would get more of a footballing education lining up for the Wallabies than going to that backwater

I have watched plenty of Scottish football in my life and can unequivocally say that Thistle is a footballing shithole. There are very few teams in Scotland that i would be happy for an Aussie to go to if they are looking to develop and Thistle is certainly not one of them. Not to mention their mascot is what nightmares are made of.

http://www.elfvoetbal.nl/nieuws/416035_juric-blij-met-eerste-treffer-roda-maar-niet-supertevreden Juric happy with first goal Roda, but not super satisfied Tomi Juric Wednesday scored his first goal for Roda JC Kerkrade. The Australian acquisition not hopes it's his last hit. "It was not a pretty goal, but I remained calm." Photo Photo: Eric Verhoeven Photography "I was constantly patting their two central defenders" "I got the ball from Rostyn (Griffiths, ed.). I saw the defender of their missed, leaving me free rein to the goalkeeper (Niels Kornelis, ed.) Was. I stayed calm and slid inside," says the 24- old Australian international, who last month signed a one-year contract with an option for another season in South Limburg, opposite ELF Voetbal. Religious After the goal he pointed with both hands to the sky. "I'm not very religious, but this first goal is special." Sunday he made his debut against Feyenoord in the Eredivisie on as a substitute. Wednesday started the 12-fold Australian international in the base when Roda JC at De Treffers Groesbeek took office, with a view to achieving the third round of the KNVB Cup. "I'm super happy," he continued across ELF Voetbal after the 0-3 victory. "Outside my goal I was able to create many chances. But against an amateur is always ungrateful to play football. For such a team is to preserve the game of the year. We had to stay solid and our patience. Especially after peace was that we get more space. I played myself better in the second half. " Continually tapping The Matches Roda JC tried to fight the aggressive game Eredivisionist. "It was sometimes very hard. I was constantly patting their two central defenders (Charles Kazlauskas and Just Berends, ed.). Also one was full on my ankle. Right on the spot where last week I even bother had. But I'm just briefly discussed. It hurts, but I do not think the next game is at risk. " Sunday at 16:45 the guard uitbeurt at FC Twente. Or Juric then start it again, he does not know. "I stay focused on my job. Of course I hope that I play in. I notice the next days." A portrait of the three Australian acquisitions of Roda JC can be found in a five page story. Rostyn Griffiths and Daniel de Silva therefore come speak at length.

Lol at people smashing Edwards for his move
He's a young lad, with a mildly reactive flair and he's grown up in British football... This is a fantastic move.

Keep an eye out for left back Ivan Vujica. A LB at Dinamo Zagreb from Sydney Utd youth team. Was capped the other day for Croatia U19s.
Looked decent against Arsenal and Panathinaikos when I've seen him.
