I'm excited, it's fantastic he's at this level as an 18 year old and hope he can start some games later this season. I don't think he's Roos ready yet, but he could be by the 2018 so it makes sense for age to pick him in the squad now.

langerak has probably had more game time than juric over the last 2 seasons.

After being pushed around earlier in the half, Luongo has had 2 shots (one header and one right foot) come back off the woodwork in the last 8 minutes of the first half Brentford V QPR - nil all at half time.

He was shown as the central player of a 3 man attacking mid at the start of the half, but the last 15 minutes he's been working forward with their lone striker and often has been the furthest forward.

Luongo replaced after 66 mins - second man off - didn't do much in the 20 mins of the half. QPR lost 1-0.

I'm not the one to ask but I think the perception about Rogic is that he has that extra bit of class which the other CAMs may lack (correct me if I'm wrong) but they compensate for that in their defensive ability and are more consistent.

This is not to knock Rogic, who's only getting regular football now for the first time after being out injured for ages. It's hardly surprising.

So basically the same issues with Rogic in the Socceroos.

Well this Celtic game has cemented my view that Luongo should definitely play alongside Jedinak, sit Rogic right in front of Luongo, then let both Luongo and Rogic feed Juric directly or hit the wings down the flanks and feed Leckie (LW) and Troisi or Burns (RW).

That's pretty much as good as it will get, Kruse would be a mighty interesting option if available
