Makes for interesting reading. Id like to see what the Watford coaching staff have to say. You would think if he is as talented as all that he would have at least been playing for Watford's reserves this season past

As regards Amini, you'd imagine that lack of an EU passport would make things difficult. Different EU countries have different rules regarding work permits but it would make it exceedingly difficult to go to some countries, e.g. the UK. He'd basically need to be absolutely annihilating everybody else in the league in Denmark for a club to really want to sign him. Or, he'd need to have played the required percentage of games for the NT. Catch 22.
A lot of these potential transfers are 50/50s. A club can see a player is promising. If they can sign him easily, then no worries, they'll give him a go. But the process has to be without bureaucratic headaches, otherwise they won't bother because they can just sign another player without the headaches.
The EU is far more protectionist than meritocratic.

I can't help it if people sneak in posts above my replies that I haven't read yet so that when I reply it just comes out as an uncoordinated string of nonsense that is unreadable and add in the fact that I hadn't slept in 24 hours waddya gonna do???

He's at Fulham as far as I know but there's an old article saying that Cheltenham are aiming to renew a loan for him next season. Quote:Renewing loan deals for Dillon Phillips, Rob Dickie and Cameron Burgess has become Gary Johnson's number one priority in the summer transfer window. http://www.gloucestershireecho.co.uk/Cheltenham-Town-NEWS-Johnson-makes-loan-stars/story-29239737-detail/story.htmlEdited by Peaty: 10/6/2016 10:30:05 PM

China wrap 90 minutes for Cahill and Sainsbury. Giannou subbed on in the 65th minute Thwaite subbed on at HT Spira stayed on the bench. McGowan and Jovanovic playing now
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Jeggo played in a friendly overnight. The team was swapped at half time with him playing in the second. The score was 12-1 in the half he played and 14-1 in the half he didn't play

Looks like Crewe Alexandra's boss is resigned to losing Brad Inman, "he has plenty of offers from the championship and League one. I'm sure he will move on"
He was pretty heavily linked with Rangers a couple of weeks ago don't know what's happened there?
Also going through my list of overseas players there have been way to many released from their clubs recently:
Gian Mendez from Valencia Oliver Pain from Crystal Palace Chris Marques from Stoke City Peter Skapetis from Stoke City Brandon Wilson from Burnley Hyuga Tanner from Blackburn
Where do these guys go after they've been released? what is their next step? find another club or head back home?

Tanner would be worth a go for an A-League club. I haven't seen Mendez but there were big wraps on him.
Both wouldn't cost much at all..

As a minimum you would hope A league clubs have had a look at these players and been ready to pounce if there contracts were not renewed.
Popovic says he is looking for a goal scorer. Perhaps Skapetis could fill that void without costing the earth

Potential major aussies abroad transfers still to go through before next season...
Mooy Likely - Man City then loaned to Belgium. Was also wanted by several Spanish and German clubs, as well as Rangers
Irvine Likely - Championship team, Burton have had a bid rejected already
Rogic Likely - Has been linked to Arsenal, Fiorentina and Valencia, but I feel that most likely will be staying in Celtic
Kruse Likely - not really heard much on the Kruse front, but a move away seems probable with Leverkusen's wealth of attacking options
Milligan Likely - Was linked with a move to England or Germany.
Smith Likely - Linked with a move to Swansea, could definitely see him at a mid-lower table EPL club
Inman Likely - Championship. Offers on the table for Inman and the manager has said he's resigned himself to losing Inman
Langerak Likely - With Stuttgart relegated, surely looking for another Bundesliga club
Ikonimidis Likely - Another loan deal is probably, not sure if he's ready for the step up to Lazio's first team yet
Birighitti Likely - Switzerland
Definitely exciting things to come in the next couple of months any which way

Hopefully Mooy kicks on and doesn't end up getting to screwed around by staying with CFG he's good enough to earn a spot at a big club not just be used as a cash cow. Is Birighitti the only A League player we can see moving at the moment?
