first of all, i actually agree with you on the keifer dotti issue. if it was an ethnic club, it owuld of attracted a lot more publicity. but anyway, the issue here is to focus on what was said to ensure it doesnt happen again because tha rubbish should not be tolerated in any sport.

thirdly, i wouldnt go talking about jokes, i'll tell ya joke:

- the only premier leaguie club i can remember for a long time who have their coach (one of your own kind for that matter), assistant coach, captain and host of other players walk mid season because of meddling from the board. thats absurd! still getting over that one.
- former giants of the nsl who after 50 years have no legacy whatsoever other than to bask in the glory of years gone by. its not a slur, its a sad reflection on mismanagement beause olympic should have its onw club, its own ground etc but has nothing.
- clinging to the hope of a call up to the b-league when you cant get 500 people to your home games.
- losing to supposed minnows like us on your home turf 4-0.
- playing your youth on an outside potato farm cause des hasler doesnt want them on the main field.

mate who knows. its all up to fnsw. theyve said repeatedly they will enforce relegation and promotion subject to teams meeting criteria. i see mt druitt are top of elite 2 in youth - not sure how keen they are on having them in elite 1 or whether they cut it but one has to assume they will be. would of been interesting to see what fnsw would of done had say mariners or wolves finished last in cc in youth given theyre regional teams.

anyway, i think were going down but anything can happen!

would be a shame, not only cause of what we might have planned for next year but also cause theres no rep in elite 1 youth from the eastern seaboard.

I think he's talking about Rockdale's ground. I guess the racial tensions still run deep in this guy. Complaining about their posts in the grandstand? I've been to the Rockdale ground. The posts are in the 2nd last row of the seats, so if you're sitting anywehre infront of them, or inline with them, you should be fine, as you are looking forawrds, not 90" sidewards.

Their playing pitch is by no means the worst. Apia is far worse, and looking at the weekly wrap ups over the last few weeks, it seems Bonnyrigg's ground has taken a hammering, South Coast had to move theirs, Mariners had bare patches and Marconi was pretty dire as well. It seems Rockdale's is one of the better ones, only really Blacktown Demons and Belmore Sports Ground would be better out of grass pitches.

From what i understand, Rockdale look after it all themselves. I guess it's a bit harder to have a world class playing surface, when you don't have the council and state federal governments throwing millions at you, like Belmore does. Seems Rockdale has done a pretty good job to get to where they are on their own.

And again, their ground is their own, last year the bulldogs pushed Olympic off belmore for most of the season. I think anyone with half a brain would prefer rockdales arrangement to Olympics one... Your CEO even begged Ben Buckley for help last year with your ground. If there's anyone that shouldn't be complaining about grounds, it's Olympic.

Well construction on Lambert Park kicked off this morning, and in similar fashion to Rockdale at least they have their own ground.

You have a shared stadium thats a training venue for an nrl team. And as we saw last year, they can kick you off as they please...lol
