For those mentioning the Champo, etc. it doesn't work because the match days don't line up. Same as o/s leagues.

A division does EPL, B division does Champo?

Wouldn't it be smarter if you do a second division you do a different top tier league. It will probably have fewer people participating so you may not want the extra teams and the Championship is not that good, why not Bundesliga or Serie A (leaving off La Liga as it will probably just be between whoever gets Ronaldo and whoever gets Messi)

I don't think adding assists increases the player pool, if anything it'll skew the market prices, making the top players more expensive.

The scores were good last season. Not many scoreless rounds, someone always seemed to score a few.

Well in that case...

Some rules - Auction Process
Auctions will run for 5 days from the time of the first bid. When this period has expired, if there have been no bids in the last 12 hours, the player is won. If there has been a bid, the expiration gets pushed back until there has been a 12 hour period where there have been no bids.

Minimum bid is 1m, minimum raise is 0.5mil. Obviously max price for one player is 16m.

When you add a new bid you have to copy the existing list and BOLD your new bid otherwise it wont be accepted.

Also - you are NEVER allowed to be over budget. Even if you think you'll get outbid on one of your existing players, your bids can NEVER exceed 19m for the first 4 players (or 18m for 3, 17m for 2, etc) Every time you do that you will be docked 1million from your budget. No excuses, don't care. Don't bid beyond your means. Calculate first.

Similarly, you can't have bids on more than 4 players at one time. Again, if you do this you will be docked 1m every time you do it.

The first round of auctions will CLOSE on the 17th (before KO of Matchday 1 of EPL)

If you haven't got 4 players by then, you will be handed some shitty player as squad filler, so make sure you've done so. No new players will be allowed to be nominated after the 11th, so you have about a week to get that list full. If you're too slow it's your own loss.

The window will be closed for 2 weeks, before reopening on the 2nd of September, when you can use your leftover funds to do deals. The window length will only be 3 days from first bid for this auction.

If one of your players gets sold in August, during/after R1 of the auction, you will get that money back and then you can replace him after Sept 1. So if you have RVP, but he gets sold on August 26, you then get whatever money you spent on him back but you can't spend it until the auction after Sept 1.
