I think some of the big ex NSL clubs that missed out this time like Souths, Heidelberg, Brisbane City and Brisbane Hollandia are going to be thinking to make this their main priority this season. Can't see any of them accepting poor results in the Cup if this current one takes off and highlights the value there is in national exposure.

South v Knights for a spot in the cup didn't even get that big of a crowd (from the highlights it looked about 600) and that was between 2 of the biggest state league clubs in the country that are also rivals. Didn't arnie say recently that it would be good if the winner got a spot at the acl implying that it isn't?

Broadmeadow have apparently been having people out in local shopping centres selling tickets, as well as at games. I would expect a better crowd than 350 for them...
The Northern NSW Final which has been held at magic park has been getting 5k+ attendances.

It's not even on WSW website fixture list
Love that both United and City's FFA cup games are a 5 minute walk from my house!!
