Apparently they're scared and covering their own arses in case shit kicks off. Not true. Closure has been enforced by boys in blue. Huh? :-s Police have enforced the closure. They have threatened Newcastles home pub a few times with this before.

I have a question though that hopefully someone here can help me out with. My mates bought tickets for the SU58 v SFC game through the SFC club members presale. I didn't and now am just trying to buy tickets from the SU website. Their tickets don't really say what section they are sitting in, and the only options are "Cat C Adult" and "Away Active" (there are the stand options but we won't be in those I'm assuming). Is it reasonable to assume that since they bought their tickets through the club, they would be in "Away Active" or "Cat C"? Or has this whole post been pointless as it will be a general admission type situation and both will be accessible to punters anyway? Try calling SU tomorrow and asking? Or emailing ASAP and they may clear it up for you :-k If not, and don't quote me on this, but sounds like going Cat C isn't too bad a bet, the worst case scenario is tame.

All good, just went Cat C, bought a ticket for my other mate so if we get separated from our group, at least I will have someone to voice my amazing opinions to.

NSW really showing how much they deserved those 12 billets.
At least WA has the excuse of both member teams getting drawn against A-League teams.

At least WA has the excuse of both member teams getting drawn against A-League teams. That, and no state deserves to have second chances for their teams.
