Bagz has been absolutely on the bellends of the Sharkies since the comp started. Whilst it was a fine effort by them to get this far, Matt Sim just gave us all a fourceful reminded of the strength of the QNPL.

I think it's more along the lines of Sim knows how to take advantage of some horrendous goalkeeping. Those two tap ins he scored when the goalkeeper failed to catch the ball should never have happened. I can only hope for Palm Beach's sake that he wasn't there #1 goalkeeper. They were two efforts at the very least that should have been held. At the very worst palmed away to either side. Dropping the ball at an attackers feet like that is unacceptable at any level, be it A-League, NPL, or Sunday pub-league.

So despite having the majority of the possession, and Palm Beach probably looking worse than they really are given they're out of season, I think the scoreline flattered the Mariners a little bit. That said, they're the first team through to the semi's.

Cup day whores. It's time to kick out an A-League club and tell them and their fans to get fucked.
