Oakleigh were awful in the first half tonight. Just constantly tried to drop a high ball over for Rooney to run onto despite him giving up half a foot in height and a yard on pace to both their central defenders. Some of the dumbest tactics I've seen in a while.

Were a bit better in the second when they played in danning and pavlovic more, but Rooney was an utter passenger for the entire game.

Lets be honest you didnt get much more in the NSL days. Would still be a good turnout.

depending on what era you're taking about... towards the backend on the NSL I think we were averaging 4k

however in the late 80's and 90's it was a lot higher.

nevertheless if we get WSW it will break the home ground record. (previously it was around 11k against either Marconi or Olympic which was set in the 90's

Backend was the only time i watched. I was born in 91.
