drogba is the man who should have started. for as long as roman keeps interfering in the team, chelsea will not win.

Fernando Torres: 12 appearances, 731 minutes, no goals.

Heerenveen - FC Utrecht 3-0, was not deserved, utrecht played well but had a very bad defence and wasn't able to change their changes into goals

Tommy Oar played a whole match, and played really good, was the best man at FC Utrecht side. could run passed his defender several times and had good crosses. He had two good shots at goal which probaby will be in the highlights at youtube later this weekend. he also picked up a yellow card for a dive.

zullo came on at half-time and played the whole second half. played at leftback, and was a lot better than mihai nesu who played there the first half.

Blackpool in massive trouble and look doomed for relegation. A loss against Wigan here and they are in the relegation zone.

It only takes one win for Blackpool to get 'out of trouble', I wouldn't be condemning them just yet. There's still no reason why anyone from Fulham down couldn't be facing the drop yet.

This could get very ugly for West Brom in the second half.

And with the way Blackpool defend they are gonna need an absolute miracle to get a win let alone fight off relegation.

Blackpool's last 13 games. Won 1 Drawn 2 Lost 10. Scored 15 Conceded 33.

I don't think they played that badly last week against Arsenal, they just need to pay more attention on the counter, which I don't think will be as much problem against some of the teams they play on the run-in like Newcastle, Stoke and Bolton. If Newcastle play the way they did against Aston Villa then there's no reason why Blackpool shouldn't win and lift themselves out of the drop zone.

Not to mention that they have the worst home record in the league and have 4 of their 5 remaining league games at home. They'd probably rather be playing away.



On the whole they didn't play that badly, but that offside trap was just pathetic, and if they try that every week they can forget about playing EPL football next season.
