BANG! Exactly what I mean. While it helps, there is no guarantee that if we don't get that penalty that we don't go onto to win the match anyway. If it was play on, Reina might have thrown the ball out and we win it back and score. Yes, that goal proved to be the winner but say Reina saved the penalty and Liverpool get a boost and go score themselves, is it still a game winning penalty. I know what you mean and are trying to prove but it's not set in stone.

Every decision made throughout the 90mins has an impact on the game, from throw ins to penalties.

How about last year, we lost the league on goal difference because of Rio kicking the ball out for a corner, a penalty was given for no reason. If that doesn't happen we win the league, why can't we use that as ammo.

Also, I have tickets to the Sunderland match, I don't go for a few weeks so I don't know how we were given dubious calls before a ball has been kicked.

Actually we weren't awarded the penalty after Luiz blatantly handled.

When I woke up and saw 3-0 I thought nothing of it as it's the League Cup but then seeing some of the players out there for Arsenal, it's not as though it's a complete reserve team.

Tbf it is basically a reserve/2nd XI. Theo and Koscielny are the only ones you can say aren't reserve players, but even they are 2nd XI at the moment.

Yeh but I mean Jenkinson is a first teamer now and and at the moment is playing well according t you guys. Koscielny and Walcott are first team players, then you have Djourou who has a heap of experience and Arshavin, I know it's 2nd string but it's not as if they are all under 18 which is what I first thought it was when I woke up.
