Zyzz apparently died earlier today. Couldn't be revived after passing out in a sauna. As much as I want him to RIP, he was more or less the guy that brang this body building 'way of life' sh*t into my year.

i know some mates who were big fans of Zyzz. The way this guy died is something that worries me about my mates. He was a whole bunch of steroids and stuff, with the heat in thailand and too much usage, you a ticking time bomb.

My mates are slowly getting into all these products and if they not careful, can be a problem.

There's a fair difference between protein products et al and steroids.

He was genuinely a funny, and super motivating dude.
Yeah, he was on the gear, everyone knew that, but from a marketing point of view, what he did was pretty amazing. 22 years old and owned his own supplement range, clothing range, wrote a book and had a few pretty good things in the works.
Officially, he had a heart defect, apparently his Mum knew about it but didn't tell him about it, sounds a bit suss. Also, heart defect, plus the use of steroids and recreational drugs is a lethal mix, but he lived his life to the max.

Also, whoever said "He used multiple steroids in one go", that's what you generally do, bro. :?
