Yeah, Palacios would certainly help steady the midfield. But how much is he going to offer defensively?? They really do need a central defender to cover for King's constant dramas.

It'll also be interesting to see what happens with Wigan if Valencia follows Palacios out the door.

I hope Wigan don't sell Valencia, I like the team Bruce has there.

On cover for King, it'd be good to, but not necessary really due to how well Dawson's been playing this season, back to his 2006 best. Shame he gave away the Stoke goal, pretty much flawless other than that.

I think Spurs need that CB so they can have four dedicated CBs, give them more flexibility and depth down back and fix one of their main problems from this season.
