I think Erikson - Paulinho needs to be the midfield pairing.

The commentators mentioned it and I agree that our midfielders need to get on the ball more. They need to want the ball. Erikson isn't used to that and Holtby didn't do a very good job, Bentaleb was decent and played some good passes, i think he needs more time though before a start. Definitely did his join.

Rose and Walker were good. Ade and Roberto tried hard but once again frustrated at home.

What I do like is that we're getting players into the box to meet crosses, something we missed under AVB.

I reckon we should go for another CB and maybe a LM. Caulker is the player I would of said but we sold him, really not sure who we should go for. For the LM I rate Siggy but I think we need a proper winger. If Levy allows it, we could go out for Hulk...

Need to replace Modric. We don't have a creative midfielder who can unlock teams with passing. Last year we didn't have it but Bale destroyed everything and this year we have neither.

We need cover for Rose and Walker (not Naughton). I think we need to replace Kaboul also and we should have kept Caulker. Selling him was awful business.

Your best XI doesn't include Soldado, as simple as that.

I just don't see Lamela as a winger, he seems more a striker to me.

Hulk would be too expensive. Porto sold him to Zenit for around 50 million Euros. I can't see Tottenham spending that much on a single player.
