How shit is my fitness? Subbed off early in every Asian Cup game bar one but still made the TOTT so obviously it wasn't for my performances.

Your fitness is amongst the best in the team, I really don't understand why Ange kept subbing you. Could be for the same reason that Carney is in the squad

Two MOTMs in a row leading into the Asian Cup. Was I playing at CB.
You might finally have found my permanent position. Though I suspect it's a marriage of convenience given the mounting injury toll.
In the gaffer we trust... In the medical staff... not so much...

FEBRUARY UPDATE [FA CUP 4TH ROUND REPLAY] Sheffield Wednesday 2-1 FourFourTwo FCStarting XI: Socceroofan4life, Fredsta, quichefc, pv4, inala brah, chillbilly, Draupinho, jparraga, milan_7, Redkat (BusbyBabe 69’), 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: Gary Madine (9) 11.mvfc.11 (37) Caolan Lavery (39) MOTM: pv4 Coach’s Summary: A disappointing end of what could have been a fantastic cup run. We tried to race out of the blocks and before their first goal we created a host of chances, but the amount of players we were committing forward bit us on the bum as they scored on the break. There was almost no action between the goals, but it was a brilliant finish across the keeper from 11.mvfc.11 that put us in front. But then just when we were turning the game around they got a corner and some poor defending inside our own six yard box cost us a place in the next round. It is very unfortunate but the good news is that we can now focus purely on the league and lessen the fixture congestion in future months. Brentford 1–1 FourFourTwo FCStarting XI: Socceroofan4life, The Maco, pv4, quichefc, inala brah, milan_7, Draupinho (zimbos 76’), jparraga, Redkat (chillbilly 76’), 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: Jota (52’) Redkat (pen 60’) Red card: quichefc (83’) MOTM: 11.mvfc.11 Coach’s Summary: Another poor result which takes our winless streak to 5. We were poor throughout the match and lacked the cutting edge provided in front of goal. We had to change tactics before the game as Brentford’s pitch did not suit our passing style of play. We played more direct but did not create many clear cut chances and despite the fact we had a lot more shots most were outside the box. FourFourTwo FC 3-3 BournemouthStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, 99 Problems, pv4, scouse_roar (inala brah 45’), zimbos, Draupinho (Redkat 77’), BusbyBabe, milan_7, chillbilly, 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: Milan_7 (pen 45+3’), (92’) Chillbilly (60’) Tommy Elphick (79’) Matt Ritchie (80’) Tokelo Rantie (81’) MOTM: milan_7 Coach’s Summary: NOT GOOD ENOUGH! We dominated that match and with 15 minutes left I thought we had the game sealed, but then we completed one of the biggest collapses of the season conceding 3 in 3 minutes to put us behind. We did manage to equalize late on after a milan_7 thunderbolt but we deserved to win that match. Milan_7 was fantastic scoring 2 and getting an assist but we are devastated that we haven’t won that match and we now are 6 games without a win. In other news, pv4 will be out for 2-3 months after an injury in training. Rotherham 0-5 FourFourTwo FCStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, The Maco, quichefc, inala brah, zimbos, Draupinho (gabgabgab39 90’), BusbyBabe, milan_7 (Redkat 67’), chillbilly, 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: 11.mvfc.11 (8’, 37’) Chillbilly (38’, 83’) Redkat (pen 82’) MOTM: chillbilly Coach’s Summary: Finally, a win! Sure it was against the league’s bottom side but a win is a win and it was a good one at that! A brilliant performance right from when The Maco’s perfect long pass found the feet of 11.mvfc.11 to when the final whistle went. With that victory we are up to third (although it could be temporary) and just 3 points behind Boro in second. FourFourTwo FC 1-1 HuddersfieldStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, The Maco, quichefc, inala brah, zimbos, Draupinho (gabgabgab39 90’), jparraga (BusbyBabe 62’), milan_7 (Redkat 58’), chillbilly, 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: 11.mvfc.11 (36’) James Vaughan (72’) MOTM: quichefc Coach’s Summary: God damn it. A decent performance but our inability to finish off our chances in the first half cost us in the end. Plain and simply, we should have won that match and it is really frustrating to have missed a fantastic chance to go into the top 2. Instead we are now in 5th and 5 points behind Wigan. Wolves 0-0 FourFourTwo FCStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, 99 Problems, quichefc, Roar_Brisbane, milan_7, Draupinho (zimbos 70’), jparraga, BusbyBabe, chillbilly, 11.mvfc.11 MOTM: quichefc Coach’s Summary: Same old BS, dominated the game but couldn’t convert our chances. Now we draw yet another game and top 2 is beginning to look like a pipe dream. Next game against 6th placed Derby is huge as they are now just one point behind us. FourFourTwo FC 2-0 DerbyStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, 99 Problems, quichefc, Roar_Brisbane, Draupinho (chillbilly 80’), zimbos, BusbyBabe, milan_7, 11.mvfc.11, gabgabgab39 (Redkat (80’) Goalscorers: Quichefc (31’) Leon Best (62’) 11.mvfc.11 (82’) Johnny Russell (90’) BusbyBabe (94’) MOTM: BusbyBabe Coach’s Summary: Unbelievable Jeff! A brilliant game to watch although it was a tough one for the coaches. Very tight but we showed incredible character to comeback from to setbacks late on. Scoring twice from corners was also very pleasing as they have been rare this season. A fantastic result which keeps us in with a hope of automatic promotion. TABLE1. Norwich City PTS 80 2. MARCH UPDATE Cardiff 2-1 FourFourTwo FCStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, scouse_roar, The Maco, Roar_Brisbane (inala brah 76’), chillbilly, Draupinho, jparraga, milan_7, Redkat (gabgabgab39 76’), 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: Adam Le Fondre (55’) milan_7 (61’) Javi Guerra (68’) MOTM: milan_7 Coach’s Summary: Aaaand straight back down to earth. Just when we string together a few games without a loss, we lose an important match. We were definitely the better side in the first half and to be fair we probably edged it in the second, but once again we missed our chances when we got them. 11.mvfc.11 and jparraga were the main culprits, both hitting the woodwork from close range while the goal was once again from set piece after a free-kick from milan_7. FourFourTwo FC 1-1 BrightonStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, 99 Problems, quichefc, inala brah, chillbilly, zimbos (Draupinho 82’), jparraga, Busbybabe (milan_7 82’), Redkat, gabgabgab39 Goalscorers: Sam Baldock (5’) Draupinho (88’) MOTM: Draupinho (even though he played 8 minutes) Coach’s Summary: Ok, we didn’t lose and it is great to nab a point off a game where it looked like we wouldn’t get any, but God damn that is frustrating. They dominated the first 10 minutes and scored one, we dominated the next 80 and waited until there was two minutes left to score. It was pleasing to see a substitute score and it was a very good goal too, especially for someone who had gone a very long time without scoring. This result though makes it very tough for a top 2 finish, and now we must focus on staying in the top 6 and hopefully coming in at 4th. Birmingham 2-2 FourFourTwo FCStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, 99 Problems, quichefc, Roar_Brisbane, zimbos, Draupinho, BusbyBabe, milan_7, Redkat (gabgabgab39 62’), 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: Redkat (16’) Demarai Gray (61’) Gabgabgab39 (76’) Gavin Gunning (83’) MOTM: milan_7 Coach’s Summary: Once again, two things. We can’t hold on to a game to save our lives and we can not finish our chances. It is a reoccurring them to this season and we are now in 5th and 6th placed Cardiff have a game in hand. Meaning we sit just one point in front of 7th placed Watford. We are doing our best to choke and we are going to need to seriously improve to finish in the playoffs, let alone win them. The Asian Cup break hurt us big time but with Glory von Perth and macktheknife close to coming back from injury we hope we can finish off strong. FourFourTwo FC 2–0 Sheffield WednesdayStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, The Maco, quichefc, inala brah, zimbos, milan_7, jparraga, BusbyBabe (Roar_Brisbane (75’), Redkat, 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: 11.mvfc.11 (14’, 88’) Red cards: Inala brah (75’) MOTM: 11.mvfc.11 Coach’s Summary: YES! A WIN! We are back to winning ways and boy it feels good. It was as nervy as it gets, with our second goal coming from a defensive corner where we were heavily outnumbered due to inala brah’s sending off. To be honest, we have played worse than that in some of the games that we’ve lost but we have got the three points and that is what matters. We now move back into the playoff spots after being outside of the six before the match was played. Leeds 0-3 FourFourTwo FC

We have strung together consecutive wins in the league for the first time this year and it feels great. It was a fantastic performance from 11.mvfc.11 who netted a hat-trick and he now has 30 goals this season, a fantastic tally and it is great that he is back amongst the goals after an inconsistent spell. APRIL/MAY UPDATE FourFourTwo FC 1-0 WatfordStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, 99 Problems, quichefc, Roar_Brisbane, chillbilly, zimbos, jparraga, BusbyBabe (milan_7 71’), Redkat (macktheknife 71’), 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: 99 Problems (90+4) MOTM: 99 Problems Coach’s Summary: That is what football is all about! We really needed the win today and we got what we deserved. The match started off slow with no action in the first half but in the second half it was all us, we were zipping the ball around to great effect and should have had more goals. We were even able to welcome back macktheknife who made his long awaited return when Redkat picked up an injury in the second half. It looked like we would get nothing from the match until late on though. When we got a corner and 99 Problems put in one of the most important goals of the season. Get in lads! In other news Norwich have mathematically secured the title with a win over Derby. Fulham 2-1 FourFourTwo FCStarting XI: A16Man, The Maco, Glory von Perth, scouse_roar, inala brah, chillbilly (zimbos 75’), Draupinho, jparraga, milan_7, macktheknife, 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: Macktheknife (21’) Hugo Rodallega (42’) Dan Burn (56’) MOTM: macktheknife Coach’s Summary: I am absolutely devastated. After winning against Watford I honestly thought we could make the top 2 or 3 but today we slipped up in a big game. Fulham were in 21st coming into the match and we should be beating a team like that, even with a weakened side. We were the better team throughout and it was pleasing two players who have been injured for months, Glory von Perth and macktheknife, combine for the first goal. But then two utterly disastrous errors from A16Man enabled them to score two simple goals. FourFourTwo FC 3-1 Nottm ForestStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, 99 Problems (Glory von Perth 80’), quichefc, Roar_Brisbane, zimbos, Draupinho, BusbyBabe, milan_7 (macktheknife 60’), Redkat, 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: 11.mvfc.11 (45+1’) 99 Problems (50’) Redkat (54’) Henri Lansbury (80’) MOTM: Redkat Coach’s Summary: Back to winning ways. We didn’t really play that well for the most part yet we could have won the game by more. If we want to beat the top sides we are going to have to play a lot better than that though. We are now only a couple of points away from mathematically securing a playoff spot which was the objective the board set for us at the start of the season. In other news Glory von Perth will be out for the rest for the season with a shoulder injury. Reading 0-3 FourFourTwo FCStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, The Maco, quichefc, inala brah, chillbilly, milan_7 (Draupinho 86’), jparraga, Redkat (zimbos 63’), macktheknife (gabgabgab39 86’), 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: 11.mvfc.11 (28’, 79’) Redkat (43’) MOTM: 11.mvfc.11 Coach’s Summary: And we roll on! Another victory and a step closer to the end of the season. We move into 4th and we are six points behind 2nd placed Wigan and five behind 3rd placed Middlesbrough. I am not getting ahead of myself though because our next three opponents are the top 3 teams, Wigan, Middlesbrough and Norwich. FourFourTwo FC 3-0 WiganStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, The Maco (scouse_roar 76’), 99 Problems, Roar_Brisbane, zimbos, Draupinho, jparraga, milan_7 (BusbyBabe 76’), Redkat, 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: Jparraga (48’) 11.mvfc.11 (60’) Redkat (70’) MOTM: Redkat Coach’s Summary: We continue to dream, and what a win! We have secured a place in the playoffs and given ourselves a hope of auto-promotion with a huge win over Wigan. We dominated the game, particularly the second half, and completely deserved the points. We now have to face the top two and if we win those games we could be in the Premier League. The scenario with two games to go is this. Middlesbrough and Wigan are both on 81 points, we are on 78 points but have a far superior goal difference to both. We play Middlesbrough and Norwich while Wigan face Norwich and Millwall. Middlesbrough play Ipswich on the last day in addition to us. Middlesbrough 2–2 FourFourTwo FCStarting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, quichefc, 99 Problems (pv4 70’), Roar_Brisbane, zimbos, Draupinho, jparraga, milan_7, Redkat (macktheknife 10’), 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: 11.mvfc.11 (5’, 69’) Grant Leadbitter (61’) Jelle Vossen (86’) MOTM: 11.mvfc.11 Coach’s Summary: Well the dream of automatic promotion is officially over, thanks to that heartbreaking late goal from Jelle Vossen. With Wigan beating Norwich it is now mathematically impossible for us to win auto-promotion. The best we can hope for is 3rd, but it seems systematic that we will end up in 5th seeing our last game is the trickiest there is, Norwich away. Also Redkat will miss the playoffs with a sprained ankle which will see him miss 2 months. Norwich 2-2 FourFourTwo FC Starting XI: A16Man, Fredsta, pv4, quichefc, Roar_Brisbane, zimbos, Draupinho (chillbilly 87'), BusbyBabe, milan_7, macktheknife (gabgabgab39 87'), 11.mvfc.11 Goalscorers: Elliot Bennet (2’, 61’) Draupinho (18’) Macktheknife (pen 84’) MOTM: macktheknife Coach’s Summary: So the regular season is over and the playoffs will now begin. Because of Cardiff’s win over Derby we move down to fifth, a position which does not really reflect the way we have played this season. One does wonder if not for injuries and the amount of players we lost in the Asian Cup, where we could have finished. We were only seven points behind Wigan and there were certainly more than seven points dropped in that period. So now we await the playoffs, two dates with Cardiff. While Bournemouth take on Middlesbrough. Who will join Norwich and Wigan in the Premier League? We shall soon find out. TABLE OTHER NEWS11.mvfc.11 has won the Skybet Player of the Month award for April. Kevin Airs has won the Skybet Manager of the month award for April. 11.mvfc.11 and chillbilly have signed new deals with the club to keep them at Australia Road until 2020. A smart person would wait a few days to put up the update after making it, but who said I was a smart person.

I hope I was adequately remunerated for signing such a long deal. What is my worth?
