Why were both mine and others hamless bit of fun threads (the wsw gif threads) deleted entirely? If a single post was the problem why not just delete the offending post and not the whole damn thread. Overzealous moderating to the max! #funpolice

I deleted one thread, I think created by Post hoc (the WSW fan), that was basically saying "we don't have enough WSW threads".
The amount of threads created particularly yesterday crossed the line of being #bantz to being spam. If you want to wind up WSW fans, do it in one of the already-existing threads (and remember to keep it PG13, and by the rules :lol: ).

It's also concerning that there doesn't appear to be any knowledge of consensus between mods, and that some mods were actually working against each other in their interpretation of the rules. I am pissed about that thread being locked.
Joffa's reason for locking it was because he agreed with "Because it is beyond trolling, it is just downright vilification. They can try and dress it up as "serious" discussion or even mask it as trolling, but let's call it what it is vilification."
