I call it the Labor Party contagion - Rudd/Gillard/Rudd debacle!

I can tell you wish, but Liberals are what you vote for if you want political and economic stability during these hard times.

Not sure if your trying to explain the Abbott overthrow was somehow a labor decision or if being sarcastic

Contagion. The liberals caught the Labor disease of instability and played opinion poll hang the leader.

Fact is, if Abbott was still in, he would beat Short on substance even more convincingly because he is a political bulldog unlike weak as piss Turnbullshit!

If Abbott was still in you would be looking at a landslide Labor victory on Saturday.

You're wrong though.

Abbott would have destroyed Shortarse!

HUGE SUMMARY

Fantastic summary. As someone who will be voting for the Liberal Democrats, I thought I should expand on your summary for them as they do list their policies on their website and a lot of people do not understand what Libertarianism means.

Edited by vanlassen: 1/7/2016 11:28:16 AM

haha no worries
actually when making this list i didn't count what i saw from ldp as concrete policies unless they put numbers on it (cut taxes to x amount etc) so I just tried to briefly summarize their ideology. Very brief since their are a gazillion parties. I missed the part about gay marriage which definitely counts as a concrete policy

I wouldn't take any of the minor party policies too serious. Any actual figures which are proposed in their policies will never have the backing to be implemented.

I know the Lib Dems have proposed that the Tax Free threshold is increased from $18,200 to $40,000 and a flat rate of tax above the Tax Free threshold of 20%.

They also advocate for a reduction of company tax. I am unsure of the rate but I believe it was proposed at 20%.

still minor party or not it takes balls to put your skin in the game. A lot of minor parties do and I preference higher if they give me something concrete

Turnbull is in the wrong Party. He is a Laborite through and through so it's no surprise to us that he would knife someone in the back in true Labor tradition. Abbott is too nice to do these types of things because overall, the average Liberal has more morals.

We Liberal supporting Delcons, know that he is a little gold fish in our ocean.

Those who do not believe in the Socialist agenda beginning with the destruction of core family values, and the nuclear family unit probably should do a lot more reading.

That is the only way to install a failed system globally.

And the elections have started. So exciting!

Say good bye Shortened! Good bye! And Good Riddance! :d

No one likes a politician telling lies about the "privatisation of Medicare" or calling old ladies at night to scare them of the Medicare Boogey Man!

I had the great pleasure of placing The Greens last and The ALP second last on the ballot!

I had a safe seat (its a labor electorate) so I messed with the ALP's preferences by choosing liberal second  (which is just as annoying as informal)

To break it down:
Its a choice of choosing progress towards mediocrity

Or a choice of retaining mediocrity

Since we're already there at mediocrity, I choose the second one

No sausage sizzle where I voted. Spewing.

In case you haven't voted yet, just remember, drawing a penis on your ballot paper will be counted as a vote for the Greens. So be careful.

They are an offshoot of the Pirate Party in Sweden which at one stage was the third largest political party in Sweden. It was founded by the same guy who started Pirate Bay.

They are for reforming Intellectual Property laws and increasing the freedom in which individuals have when sharing Intellectual Property.

They are big supporters of Julian Assange, Kim Dotcom and that American that leaked all those military documents.
