Yep. Every right winger who supports these crazy laws has blood on their hands today.

Both Right and Left have their nutters..get a fucking clue

But its mainly the right base that is responsible for the gun laws that enable these shootings to take place with such regularity. Most lefties are staunchly opposed to easy gun ownership.

Chairman Mao and Stalin are leftist leaders ...so they are opposed to gun laws right.?:d

What relevance do mid 20th century leaders have to do with 2015?
We live in a progressive age, although some nations progressiveness is hampered by outdated constitutions.

it has relevencr because in your little left wing utopia you believe that all left wing ideologists are peace loving non gun toting angels:d

It is lefties like you who support open borders and islamic colonisation of western countries, which was a greater contributing factor to the latest in yet another of muslim mass murder. What would you like to wash off first, the egg on your face or the blood on your hands?

Slippery Slope logical fallacy

It is the same logical process you used for blaming the murders on all right wingers. You are even a hypocrite about being a hypocrite.

Why have you never posted about football? Fuck off and find a politics board you pinko cunt.

Mods should ban posters like this. I've seen him post in the football section...although somehow it relates back to his political agenda. to make it look like its football related.

Also, I don't think Republicans are opposing for opposing 's sake.
If George Dubbya was in power, he would be making nothing like the ballsy comments that Obama is and so soon after the incident.

Quote:
Contrary to the Democrats, who have called for tougher gun laws to prevent violent attacks, Mr Cruz announced plans to hold a "second amendment" event in Iowa on Friday, in reference to the US constitutional right to bear arms.

Sadly I think nothing will happen. Americans are far too entrenched in gun culture to accept any sort of reform that may prevent citizens being allowed to have a gun.

Nothing will happen until their Congressional electoral boundary setting system is fixed.

At the moment many of their state equivalents of our Electoral Commission are openly partisan (either voted in, or just blatantly controlled by the party in power), and they gerrymander the electorates. This has resulted in something ridiculous like only 25 out of over 300 House of Rep seats being competitive in each general election.

Because of this, the main contest is no longer in the general election, but in the primary election. This encourages extremism because not many people vote in primary elections, and the ones who do are by naturally the most passionate, and therefore most extreme.

This is why republican candidates will never do anything to limit gun ownership, even though a solid majority of Americans are in favour of some level of background checks etc.

But its mainly the right base that is responsible for the gun laws that enable these shootings to take place with such regularity. Most lefties are staunchly opposed to easy gun ownership.

And they whitewash their hypocrisy by 'offering up prayers' while approving of guns that lead to these deaths:

Quote:
After a mass shooting, politicians 'shamed' for offering prayers

Amidst the news of a mass shooting in California, a lively debate erupted on Twitter over the power and utility of offering "prayers" in the wake of such an event.
It's political boilerplate to offer "thoughts and prayers" to the victims of violence, and the majority of Republican presidential candidates took this approach after a shooting in California left 14 people dead and more injured.
"Our prayers are with the victims, their families, and the first responders in San Bernardino who willingly go into harm's way to save others," wrote Ted Cruz.
Democrats Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders went a different route, and made statements about gun policy. "I refuse to accept this as normal. We must take action to stop gun violence now," wrote Clinton.

Before long, the difference in approach was picked up on social media - and rapidly politicised. What followed was a raging debate, in which Democrat-leaning voices criticised the appropriateness of offering prayers in the face of what many saw as a consequence of "political choice" - the decision not to pass gun reform laws in the US. At the most extreme end, it was dubbed "prayer-shaming".
"Your "thoughts" should be about steps to take to stop this carnage. Your "prayers" should be for forgiveness if you do nothing - again," tweeted Senator Chris Murphy, a Democrat. He represents the state of Connecticut, where 28 people, mostly children, were killed in the Sandy Hook shootings.
A plan for gun reform was put forth by President Barack Obama after that tragedy, but failed to pass Congress.
ThinkProgress reporter Igor Volsky retweeted politicians who offered "thoughts and prayers," adding to each tweet the campaign contributions they received from the National Rifle Association.....

I would appreciate if you stopped calling me that decentric.
I know you're pretending to be a young guy to fit in with the crowd here. That's a little scary to me.

What evidence can you provide that their empire is falling? You can make a bold claim but you have to provide something to back it up.

Paris was in France.
Martin Place was in Australia and wasnt a mass shooting. He only shot one person.

Stay on topic. This is about mass shootings in the USA where they have free for all gun laws :)

The topic is Islamist terrorism, and the way that muslim colonies in Western countries produce murderers. More than one person was shot at Martin Place, only one died, a fact that you brush aside as if it was nothing. Perhaps you are confusing it with the recent murder of Curtis Cheng, another victim of Islamist violence. Tighter gun laws will not stop it from happening, drugs are illegal but easily available and the knife intifada and mass stabbings in China show that restricting guns will not curb Islamist violence.

Two muslims murder and wound dozens of people at a Christmas party, pausing only to update their facebook status, and you see this solely as a gun control issue. This occurs while France is still in a state of emergency after Islamist gunmen went on a rampage shooting hundreds.

You are attempting to avoid the topic. Why is it that you see this is a gun control issue and not a religious issue? All of these deaths have not been because of gun ownership, it is due to Islam.

End muslim immigration?

Most of these mass shootings have been done by white men.
Did you forget Sandy Hook? Charleston?

Fort Hood, Paris, Martin Place. Why do you blame everybody in the gun lobby for these deaths but not every muslim for their massacres?

So Islam caused Sandy Hook and Charleston?

I believe its both a gun control issue and religious (extremism), but Trident has selective classification of what it deems to be a statistic for murder. It seems that anyone who puts up their hand and says they are an Extremist Muslim after committing murder gets a get out of jail free card....and is an insane lunatic that deserves sympathy whereas if they were Christian or any other Faith they were in the right frame of mind and deserve the death penalty.
Trident, your depiction of trying to categorise a nature of the crime by people is purely based on how well it suits your political ideology. Its quite obvious.
I don't hold allegiance to either Right or Left, but people like you who are on the extreme of either side will put political rationale over common sense instead of judging each incident based on the actual circumstances.
If I said to you that Fidel Castro killed a lot of people, you will find a way to rationalise it since it suits your political intent.
