So if I understand things it is, 20mil each for 5 players including (at least?) one goalkeeper. Bidding is occurs over 3 days and bids can be made at any time. A player must not have more than 20mil in active bids and cannot bid on more than 5 players at a time. My suggestion is we try and keep the order of the players alphabetical to stop people not noticing a player has been bid for and starting to bid for them again. It might seem fiddly to start with but I think it will pay off. Also help if only surnames are listed except where necessary if going alphabetically.

As long as everyone is bolding new bids it should be ok.
