thats the thing that annoys me about this country. :( we dont know how to punish mistakes

malays are pulling it together. and fair enough the aussies are getting really sloppy. cheap turns over of possession and some really sad looking defensive structure.

the centre forward for australia seems particularly ineffective and wasteful. 30 touches to just hand over the ball. has he even connected a single pass yet?

there are some impressive talents for the aussies, just pretty poor structure.

moric and the number 10 from the last game looked good

one of the defensive mids against vietnam impressed me in spite of the dire result. A few times I've been impressed by the DM in games (maybe the same one?)
Unfortunately I haven't seen a fullback that has stood out? Has anyone else seen one?

How are they playing compared to the last match?

come to think of it it wouldnt be an aussie team if it didn't have good wingers and mids below par full backs standout mids and a goal keeper who gets chipped from half way

some of the balls seem to have better weighting but there seems to be less energy (understandable)

Havent been watching all the game, but Roberts deserved a goal. Two chance and an assist chance missed in the first half and the header he got o target taken off the line by the defender. Good job.

To be fair you make your own luck when you play pro-active football, the more chances of scoring a goal the more chances you arrive for goal.

malaysia not fit enough perhaps. Or luck going our way due to our territorial dominance. Having said that 4 or so goals were well worked
