Actually, he DOES have that right, thanks to the constitution.
I'm willing to wager that half of America's Republican politicians have never actually read the whole constitution from start to finish. They just hear the gist of the second amendment and say "Fuck it, I'm all for this shit." Have you ever left South Australia? Nope. So what? I don't need to leave my state to call someone a fucking idiot. You called half of all Republican politicians basically lazy or stupid. People take their jobs seriously. What did that have to do with me not leaving SA? You have no world experience. #believewhatyouseenotwhatyouhear Edited by scott21: 1/8/2016 12:40:52 AM

Don't know what Trump is going on about regarding the timing of the Presidential debates. The Commission for Presidential Debates is made up of equal numbers of Democrats & Republicans... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commission_on_Presidential_Debates"The Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD) is a private firm. It began in 1987 by the Democratic and Republican parties to establish the way that presidential election debates are run between candidates for President of the United States."

grazorblade wrote:post convention poll swings now are +1,+2,+10,+1,+7. Average of +4.2 Unlikely to get a massive swing from the DNC I still think its a bit early to make that call. Articles I have read seem to say that we will get more realistic numbers next week and the week after. But who knows? These are the 2 most unpopular presidential candidates in history. So historical precedent about the stability of poll numbers a couple of weeks after the conventions may no longer be relevant... It will be interesting to see what comes out of the issue of Trump and the father of that dead soldier. "Respecting the troops" is definitely republican territory. Trump may be alienating republican voters with this. But it may be forgotten in a week due to the next outrageous thing Trump says. That's the thing with him, the crazy comments just keep coming so that there is never the opportunity for any single controversy to sink in.

I think this an appeal to Bernie supporters who 6 months ago were saying the exact same thing by scheduling the debates on weekends. It is of course bullshit though because the debate dates were decided a year ago. Edited by tbitm: 1/8/2016 01:50:06 PM

Jeez the US is is horrific. Donald Trump could become President. To stop that from happening, Americans have to vote for Hillary Clinton

average post convention swing is now +5.8 to clinton which is a moderate bounce. CNN and RABA dominating that average with massive swings. A couple more days should give a clearer picture

Trump's still taking potshots at the Khan's. How can one man be so thin-skinned?

Trump on the New York Times: “They don’t write good. They have people over there, like Maggie Haberman and others, they don’t — they don’t write good,” he said. They don’t know how to write good.”Christ.

looks like a 7-8 point poll bounce for clinton from the convention much more successful than the GOP convention who got a 3-4 point poll bounce

http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/290489-asked-about-female-cabinet-members-trump-proposes-ivanka#When asked what women he would nominate to his cabinet if elected, Donald Trump offered only his daughter’s name. “Well we have so many different ones to choose,” he said in an interview with First Coast News that was first reported by Buzzfeed. The interview was conducted by First Coast anchor Angelia Savage, who used to work for the mogul at the Trump Organization. “I can tell you everybody would say, ‘Put Ivanka in, put Ivanka in,’ you know that, right?” Trump added, according to a transcript given to Buzzfeed. “She’s very popular, she’s done very well, and you know Ivanka very well. But there really are so many that are really talented people — like you, you’re so talented, but I don’t know if your viewers know that,” he said to Savage. Trump’s opponent Hillary Clinton later blasted him for the interview. “We know a guy with a binder,” she tweeted to Trump, referencing a remark made by 2012 GOP candidate Mitt Romney, who is an unabashed critic of Trump. During a 2012 presidential debate, the former Massachusetts governor mentioned receiving binders of resumes from women seeking jobs with the state. Good ol' nepotism. 11.mvfc.11, your thoughts?

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2016/08/04/two-new-polls-put-donald-trump-further-back-than-mitt-romney-ever-was/Compared to some of the shit that Trump spews out of his mouth on a daily basis, Mitt Romney's "binders full of women" comment seems like absolutely nothing.
