Way to control the narrative, channel 7. Hillary btfo for 90 minutes and they run with the Trump Tape bullshit.

Foreign correspondent can't even admit Trump won.

Maybe because he didn't win. While he caught Hillary out a couple times, he spent the whole debate criticising Clinton without answering the question he was asked and interrupted just about everybody.

Third debate will be spicy.

Clinton won the first debate, Trump won this time. Appeared more confident and decivise, related his points more with facts while Clinton just rattled off platitude after platitude.

This one was a tie.

One interesting moment was Trump implicitly saying if he were president, he would use his power to imprison a political opponent.

Clinton would be better suited to being a funeral director than POTUS

only Trump supports will say Trump won

Trump lost, because Trump is behide , Trump is behide  big time with Women and Trump fail to win any new votes

what Trump did with this debate , is stop the losing of more supports  after the taps......but that not winning

Trump lost with women tonight  in the debate .....scoring points on Bill Clinton, doesn't win with women....because women see a cheating man (Trump) is attacking a women (Hillary) for her cheat husband (Bill)....most women, see two cheating men, and then trying to blam the women (Hillary) for it, it doesn't  work

cnn snap poll has Hillary winning by 23 points
you gov had Hillary winning by 5

yougov has a 6 point republican lean and cnn snap polls have a 10 point democratic lean

so that's a win for Hillary of 13 and 11 points respectively

The town hall was Trumps best chance because he feeds off audience interaction

The election is over

LOL.  I just admitted Hilary won the first debate.  It is unthinkable that the left would ever admit to being beaten by a conservative in a debate, the idea that they would have been outwitted and outsmarted would cause them to have fits and seizures.

its been interesting that the 2 polls showed a Clinton victory but republicans felt positive about the debate. Also betting markets had a slight uptick for trump.

Probably fits the theory that he energized the base despite losing the debate with the rest of the country. Still in a non-compulsory voting system that can help.

Likely voter polls will be interesting over the next few days

Trump certainly improved his performance after his questionable first 15 minutes, yet he continued to peddle blatant lies and never engaged in anything resembling a coherent policy. He did however say he would not follow through with the Muslim ban. But when he dismissed the fact he confessed to sexual assault as 'locker room talk' and said he would gaol his opponent if he wins, he lost all credibility.

It's interesting how people perceive he "won" the debate because he sounded more confident. It doesn't matter what you say as long as you say it the right way.

I thought the locker room talk defence was entirely credible. Lets not forget Bill Clinton dropped in pants in the oval office and copped multiple blow jobs from his staffer, while married, and then lied about it to the American public. Yet Democrats continued to support his Presidency, yet go into outrage mode when a republican merely says a few inappropriate words.

That's the world we live in now. So divided. Different news outlets tell different people what they want to hear which widens the ideological gap and distorts free thinking....  I'm not sure how we fix it tbh.

Plenty of people would feel that it was credible.  But i don't a majority, and many women in particular would agree. Nor would they like to see Trump throwing up Bill's infidelities at Hillary as if they were her fault.
