Why is he having a go at the Mariners? Brisbane and Newcastle have been much closer to folding in the past, Mariners have just had debt.
Hell, at least Mariners, Newcastle and the Roar are sustainable - why didn't he pick on a club that is actually defunct, they're much easier targets. He's just proving himself an idiot.

Brisbane and Newcastle did fold and Mariners were dragging the chain on Super so we may never know know how close they came as well. SM need 1,500 to turn a profit.
