+x+xHas anyone actually watched Mabil recently Is he still stepping over himself and kicking the ball 100 miles ahead of himself. havent seen much, but stats wise he should be in the socceroos squad ahead of Ikon. I really wonder hwo good he's coming. @ Adelaide he never amassed this many statistics bcos he simply didn't last that long or came on late. 1 goal & 2 assists says he probably played well for an entire 90 minutes which wasn't something we really saw in him @ Adelaide

Kruse v McGowan ended up 1:1. Kruse actually won his side a penalty.

+x+xKruse and McGowan got a full 90 against each other. CSL back on. any news on Kruse's performance in the CSL No info to hand but the home team had an empty stadium after a ban which is doing the rounds on social media CSL bashing. A full 90 for both is great even if they shouldn't be in the current national team set up.

Doesn't mention it was a closed doors match until the second last paragraph. Fake news at its finest.

+xKruse v McGowan ended up 1:1. Kruse actually won his side a penalty. Just saw this after my post. Hopefully he does well until June and can be his old self. Ujah wasn't in the squad and his Aussie flag stood out well along with his Zambian teammate. James Holland wasn't in the squad.

I think we can be positive that almost everyone is playing. I wonder how Irvine is getting on? Luongo has the challenge of getting back in. Rogic is on the mend. Smith really needed to go on loan. Leckie will be out one more game.
I'dactually like to see Amini, Mabil and Ikon in the next squad. They're all pretty sharp at the moment and if we lead against Iraq, their late energy would seal the points.

Degenek starts for Yokohama.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

When will we see an Australian footballer play reguarly in the epl? The biggest league in the world I remember theese prospects like Oar, Amini, Rogic (though his 25 this year there is hope) etc. Mooy seems to be next in line at 27 this year

Mooy later in the big game with Newcastle.
Irvine Jedinak Luongo Jones and Wright starting. Elder bench and no Williams.
Meredith vs Inman with the former starting. Both Bury players Burgess and Beadling start alongside each other while the opposite team, Gillingham, are without Herd. O'Neill starting.
Behich starting. Bulut bench. No Burns in Japan earlier and Leckie is still suspended.

bad news for brad smith. charlie daniels again doing well with bournemouth and now baily cargill has come on for his first match. a 21 yr old left footed centre back that plays full back as well. must have some confidence from the boss to come on at 80 mins a man down, tied game, at old trafford.

Ryan concedes a real cracker from the edge of the box. The defence let the player run on the ball and get a swift shot away which goes just past Ryan's fingertips. Not many would have saved that. Ryan otherwise has caught manu crosses and distributed well.

You do relize that ur reason for not having any players in the epl whicg is once china and the middle east stop buying our players isnt correct. Our players cant make it to play week in week out in the epl hence they can choose Asia
