it's very easy to say whatever you like to score political points or preach to a base, but once you're in the White house and have access to a lot more information than any of us are privy to, then things change.
A US President needs to adapt to the changing threats, the fluidity of the environment and act decisively.

'Several casualties' after truck drives down pedestrian street in Stockholm 2A truck has driven into people on a street in Central Stockholm, according to local reports. The incident occurred near Queen Street shortly before 3pm, local time. A vehicle reportedly drove onto the pedestrian street Drottninggatan. There are reports of casualties on the well-known shopping street, according to Aftonbladet.  22Location of the incident in Central StockholmEmergency services are attending the scene and people are still running from the area. "We have received the data and the initial data on injuries", Towe Hägg of Stockholm police told local media. A journalist for Aftonbladet said that police in the area drew their guns but it is not yet clear what happened. A shocked witness told Swedish Television News they saw two people lying on the ground after the truck ploughed through the pedestrian street. They said: "We walked past and then there are two people on the ground. "Then the truck continued on Drottninggatan, then we did not see where it went." Another bystander described the scene as "chaos." Marie Karlberg SVT Nyheter: "We were in H&M and a truck was driving in the pedestrian zone right into Åhléns. "It's pure chaos and it burns on Drottninggatan." Another bystander said police were screaming at people on the street, roaring; "Back, back, this is no joke." Another eye-witness told Aftonbladet about having to run to safety. The person, who has been named as Dimitris, said: "I was on the main street when a big truck came out of nowhere. "I could not see if anyone was driving it but it went out of control. "I saw at least two people being run over. I ran as fast as I could from there." The area has now been cordoned off. It is unclear if the incident is terror-related.

They are still debating over the 2013 Ghouta attack because Putin has vetoed 7 UN Resolutions and investigation findings. In other words, they will never name the culprit ever, and that means Chemical warfare with impunity if it were not for Trump's action. That is how the UN Security Council works. Russia and China have a permanent seat and veto powers.

Unfortunate for the dead, but the Swedish attack is minuscule in the scheme of things.
Hopefully, Sweden doesn't cop an anti-islamist terrorist like Anders Brevik from next door - alot more people would be killed.

Arguing that European nations should not act against foreign terrorism because of the existence of home-grown psychopaths carrys as much weight as telling the African-American community they have no right to stand up against institutionalised police racism because black gang murders also occur - i.e absolutely none.
