This thread has mentioned a lot of missed chances, but it should be said that we scored three times as many goals as Thailand. Maybe the Thais are just really good at shutting a game down, or we just weren't up for it in that first game, but I really hope to see us play them in the final.

Be interesting to see how they go against Japan, Korea and co.

Will be interesting. Vietnam haven't really smashed anyone except for the bottom side. Always seems to be a good game against this mob. We need to score early and try and keep the lead heading into the second half or we will see the stretcher out 10 or more times. Also need to make sure that our quickest defenders are playing or there will be trouble.

from what I've seen I don't think we can stop a good team scoring. Assuming though that conceding goals doesn't cause us to drop our head we look good enough to score against decent teams (or rather make beautiful chances and find a way to miss). Some of the technique is genuinely quite good to watch

Some stats might be a bit outdated but this is it!       

Based on the last couple of years that find a way in beating us, it doesn't surprise me anymore that we lose to them and Thailand, it's frustrating but it's part of the learning process for these lads.

Also they seem quite up for it as well, everytime we play them the crowd and players rise to the occassion so they love to knock us as well.

Youth level especially under 17s,16, and 15s anything can happen on the day.

I'll do my best. Just to let you know many of these streams pop up around 30 or so minutes before kick.

I think they are very quick over the five meters and we have trouble handling that even at senior level

It seems its a local tv station so hopefully it works. 

I agree with this but it does seem that the play us on the brake a fair bit which has more to do with our game plan/style. Adding the fact we don't ever seem to have very quick central defenders hurts us mostly at youth level.
