Another article confirming that Mark Birighitti is certain to be leaving Swansea after zero minutes last season. Looks like the Willem II trial hasn't gone forward - there is just no new news. http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/everybodys-talking-gylfi-sigurdsson-what-13395680

Is this the first new news for Tomi Juric? Stuttgart and Freiburg had scouts out to watch our Roo #9 in his recent game/s with Luzern.

It also mentions Hamburg at the end of a paragraph in that article too, however I'm not sure if it was talking about Juric being linked there or whether it was someone else. The translation wasn't exactly perfect to understand. He has been in some great form over the last few months though. Hopefully he can keep this consistency!

Apparently Piscopo is looking for a new club. Apparently his Torino contract was 6 months with an option for two years. It seems to have come down to they saw him as a primavera player this season but he would be an overage player. While allowed (Ikonomidis' last season in primavera he was overage) the club is limited to 4 and Torino's other options seemed preferred over Piscopo.
For Piscopo , however, speech is more complicated. The exterior '98 class had signed for six months with an option for another two years: an option that would have been to Turin on June 30th. Returning to Australia from the family, Piscopo was expecting to receive good news from Taurus, corroborated by the fact that at the end of the championship both Coppitelli and Bava had told him that they would be waiting for him in retreat for the summer. Instead, the plans have changed, and all of a sudden the player found himself without a contract. It will find an alternative accommodation. The Turinese parenthesis, for him, is over.

They have Terrodde and Ginzcek plus Asano. Hamburg have Wood and a few other mediocre types but the club is rotten all over and the pressure isn't healthy. Freiburg at first glance would see a big challenge. I'd love a move to Freiburg now that I think of it. They're currently in the EL playoffs and only won 1:0 at home to the Slovenian side. They lacked firepower. They have Petersen and Niederlechner only. The rest are not up to that standard that Juric is. It's a massive campaign as they should make the EL group stage. It'd be a great move I think.

Surprised no one picked up on this earlier: Curtis Good has been rejected by PEC Zwolle. Wonder where he goes from here? http://www.football-oranje.com/good-fails-earn-deal-pec-zwolle-returns-newcastle-united/

Very disappointed with that shame he couldn't get a contract. Callum Elder has joined Wigan on a season long loan. League 1 where he was at Championship Barnsley but only used sparingly.

it's not much but Dario Vidosic has been spotted in his home town Adelaide (says reddit). he has been linked with 3 AL clubs already. https://www.reddit.com/r/Aleague/comments/6qeiew/dario_vidosic_is_currently_in_adelaide/

He has been in Adelaide for a while. His wife is from Adelaide and they returned to Adelaide for the birth of their baby. This might mean he is a good chance to return to Adelaide but it seems nothing has been decided yet. I am not sure whether Adelaide really counts as his home town seeing he grew up in Brisbane, but maybe he does feel Adelaide is his home. Adelaide could do with an attacking midfielder with Carrusca now definitely not returning and McGree leaving as well. There are reports the club is after a foreign AM and winger but Vidosic would fit into those spots as well.

great article about Tomi Juric. the luzern "sportschef" (thanks google :D) says there is no offer... currently...There really is! The footballer who does not care about the fast moneyIs there still a football profit on this rotten world, which does not matter the money? Who does not hail from where he could earn the most? Hardly likely. But whoever is looking for something will find it in Lucerne. There is actually still such a rare specimen.Of course Tomi Juric does not play for a butterbread at FC Luzern either. But if he had wanted it, the 26-year-old Australian would now play in Shanghai, earning six million francs in three years - net. He would have been able to join the English second league, Reading, in the winter, and he would be able to do a lot more than he did in Lucerne . "The problem is that if I deserve so much that I have resorted to the contract, it can negatively impact my motivation," he said in an earlier interview . ........ Sportchef Remo Meyer says: "There is no offer for Juric. It is important for us. We want to have sporting success. A departure is not an issue. "But Meyer has been in business for too long to not know that tomorrow may look quite different. https://www.watson.ch/Sport/watson-Leser%20empfehlen/874429976-Es-gibt-ihn-tats%C3%A4chlich!-Der-Fussballer--dem-das-schnelle-Geld-egal-ist?ub=0&ss=2&ut=2&sp=100&utm_av=B

article on the Tomi Juric and Jackson Irvine transfers. looks like they might be the next 2 big moves this winter. Wolfsburg now in the mix for Juric.
Irvine, 24, will kick off the season with Burton Albion, who host Cardiff on Sunday morning (Melbourne time), with at least three ambitious Championship rivals watching on intently.
Leeds United, Derby County and Birmingham City are understood to be interested in signing the goalscoring midfielder, who won Burton’s player of the year award.
While Irvine will almost certainly switch clubs this window, Juric’s move from Swiss side Luzern is not as assured.FFA:
Lowy insists he’s the man to lead Juric is being watched by at least three Bundesliga clubs and has made a rapid start to the season netting three in three games including a Europa League brace.
Wolfsburg, Stuttgart and Freiburg are believed to be interested in Juric, 26, though nothing formal has yet been tabled for the Socceroos’ no.1 striker.

you think they would have done the maths on that earlier instead of leaving Piscopo in the shit. 19 is old enough to be looking for game time in a senior league. he could be handy player for quite a few AL clubs.
