+x+xI watch a lot of Saudi football for my job.I obviously watch all A-League matches, and have done for the past 10 years. There is ZERO doubt in my mind that overall the standard of the Saudi league is far superior to the A-League.In fact for me it sits just behind the J.League as the second highest standard in Asia, above Korea. Out of interest, how many other scouts do EA use for say the A league to giver their opinion on player stats? They day Mat Ryan gets 99 in every category we'll know they've added one more to their EPL team.

Just noticed Giannou got an assist last week. He's come off the bench twice in the league and started a cup match.
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

+x+xCeltic lead. I don't think Rogic will be rushed in tonight. Strange thought you said he was not in squad or something. Glad I never stayed up anyway. I think he was on the bench on the weekend from reading the forums. Even 442 had an article about his not being in the squad. Pleasant surprise and hopefully he features on the weekend.

Hull have a penalty saved. Leckie quite ineffective and Berlin poor all over.

Mooy out for up to 3 weeks with a knee infection. I really don't mind. He needs the break. Huddersfield should have signed another midfielder to take the weight off his shoulders.

Lots of action today. Focusing on our Boleslav boys, Sainsbury and Maclaren as important ones. Hope to see Burgess return and possibly more action for Cahill. Jedinak hopefully in a tough clash at Fulham.
Wigan host Man City in the cup on Monday. Birighitti might play tonight. Hrustic got the last 4 mins last night. Only a year ago had he been discovered. He's going OK but more minutes are crucial.

Ryan being rested from the FA Cup. It's a good sign how much they're prioritising him. Mooy out of course.

It'd be great if one of them could go on a cup run. Imagine Ryan or Mooy at a cup final at Wembley.

Jruic's goal against Grasshopper. I wonder if Sains would have let that in?

Crawley lead Lincoln City early and sit 3 points from 5th. If they can string a few consecutive wins together they'll be in the hunt.
